That is a pretty sweet set up. I would enjoy having that car, well, everything but the tickets. Did you make it to donut corner? Is that how all the gravel gets stuck up there and left at BIR? 🤣
It must be! I can’t believe that much gravel gets caught up in there, especially after jacking it up and cleaning it out. Ridiculous! I have to find a better system for sure…

Ive been thinking about getting a box for mine. Right now ive just changed my wot shift points to shift at 6400 instead of 5900rpm.
I think it would be equally beneficial to change shift points if all you do is drive it. That’s how I felt after getting the box. It’s cool to pick your gear, but the most beneficial is to lock it into a gear during burnouts or other shenanigans.

I know you can on the 14+ models. I am not sure on the 11-13 models, but I would love to look into that!
Considering it's just a box with two buttons, I imagine you could do some custom wiring extensions and rig up paddles to the same buttons. Doesnt matter to the box where the buttons/switches are located, just that an electrical contact is made

Shift box works as intended! Select the upshift or downshift button and it will shift with a slight delay and stay in that gear. I think it would be more user friendly with the paddle shift kit.
Do u know any other vendors that sell the box? I'm waiting on a response from Dustin but not sure it's the right guy there's about 8!
@@JoeWilly69 I don’t know of any other vendors off the top of my head. I think Dustin got into a tough spot with late orders and orders not being shipped. He may not be available to ship the products.

how does one purchase this ? i have a g8 center console in mine with the slap shifter, wonder if he makes it so i can use that. '13 FWIW
There are a couple vendors that sell these on the Facebook group. Caprice of shift I believe has a website that sells them.

Wait I’m late ..why the shift box? I know it’s cuz but is it because the caprice doesn’t shift good normally ? I’m starting my research for my 2013 I want .
The shift box allows you to hold a specific gear. When drag racing, it helps to hold a gear in the burnout box. That’s why I did it.
