Hey guys.. i see the common comments and i have to say its really difficult to interview an introverted person... However i believe everyone needs to share their story regardless ❤️ thank you for your patience
She was overwhelmed."Christians like to impose" Everybody expected her be an angel.Sgandaganda. I think I would have ended like her more over lookwise IAM on the opposite side😂.
Nothing wrong with this interview. People just like stories that demonize the ex or told in a horrible way. She's here to tell her story not to demonize her ex. She sounds like someone who has healed, and I love her and how she told her story with grace. May she continue to heal and find a man deserving of the gracious woman she is.
I wholeheartedly agree. From reading the comments I thought the interview was bad. But when I actually listened, it flowed well. Some Ppl are more introverted than others & we should respect that! ❤
I don't agree with you. The problem is that she was not telling her story freely, no matter what it is. Promise had to dig out basic things out of her, that did not even have to do with her ex husband
I agree 100%, I read the comments before watching and now that I've watched I'm confused cause there's nothing wrong with this interview. The conversation flowed beautifully.
I haven’t had the courage to watch this interview because I’m often so hard on myself! Lol I’m here for the comments and thank you for the positive words. It took a lot for me to speak out as I had been gagged for so long! Sharing my truth has come with a lot relief and pride. What I want my sons to learn from me is to be brave, be truthful, kind and most importantly fear God!
You have risen. Keep shining. Some of the things we go through, even when we hurt no one is hard to process and understand. Pray about not falling prey to the useless and harming partners. U will be fine
I love how humble she is, she with everything that happened to her she still speakers with so much Grace. I pray God continue to be her number one lover and her next husband will find her in Christ.
What a lot of people don't understand is that some of the deep stuff that she went through is difficult to express because of legal implications. People just want to hear the story for the sake of it but she's the one who will remain in trouble. I suggest we take what we are given and stop critising and judging, people are not the same. This lady was married to a narcissist and its not easy to explain and for listeners to understand if they have not gone through that. I also don't think she's healed. Healing from such trauma is like going through the waves, sometimes you may think you're okay and the next thing you are down. I know this because I was married to someone like her husband, with a family like his, and he too married quickly after the divorce, to one of the reserve players who were on the bench. I heard a lot between the lines, and I wish her peace, joy and prosperity in her single journey. May she grow spiritually and serve the LORD with her life.
Absolute facts raised, but she shouldn't have come to share her story if she wasn't ready as yet because we hardly got the story but instead got bored on how she failed to narrate it
Am glad I listened to the whole interview first before reading the comments. As a married woman I understand you fully Mapuleng. There's clearly alot to unpack in your story but it's okay to share whatever you're comfortable to share. I wish you healing and the very best in your new journey! Lot's of love from kenya🇰🇪
Yho, this interview is just emotionally draining, you can tell there's is just a lot to unpack but it's not coming. Thank you for being so patient with her, it's clear she's is still going through a lot.
Beautiful interview, I like this lady. She told her story the best way she can, ofter all it her story. And I like how she tells her story with respect still for everyone involved, like I mean she's a better person than I am
I agree , but the main thing I need to be educated. Why are they referred to as "man of God" Mamfundsi is just a beautiful lady who needed time before getting into marriage, worse of all a mfundisi. hayi no she got a raw deal , why was she not scared of a blended family. What a waste, Mapuleng just take it easy its very important , you are very young .Look after your children.
I'd say before you accept a role of being a Pastor's wife you need to be sure that God has called you for it, because it's a spiritual role. You don't need to be at the same level of maturity as your husband is, but you have to understand his role that he's called as a minister to human beings and he may also not be perfect. The fact that he's a Pastor doesn't mean he's perfect. God doesn't call the perfect but He perfects the called.
This is typical of an attack from the Jezebel and Ahab spirit. Attacks leaders in ministry and those talented or gifted people. This was a spiritual attack.
I totally understand your Story Mapuleng. Being a pastor's wife is way too complex. I was married to one myself for 7 years. I find it very difficult to even explain to anyone about our setup, considering that out of marriage two beautiful kids came out. But I am more happier since the divorce and I feel absolutely relieved. I am sorry about your experience, you are a beautifully gracious woman. Stay strong and more happier for the kids and yourself. Thanks Promise for the beautiful interview.

The interview was not bad as most comments depicts. The ladies may have been thrown off by the reshot . Love and light Mapuleng. Promise you are very patient , this is a good virtue. With time you will come alright
I broke off a relationship with a pastor who was excactly like this. He confides with other women and never present never providing just empty promises and i now understood why the first wife left. It will never be different with any other.
Mfundisi was supposed to lead his wife and be her Priest and teach her the ways of God, she would have moulded into what God wanted her to be, his approach let things slip ...I wish they made it she seems so sweet and so beautiful too😍
I saw that mfundisi was not make sure with red flag number 1, of him divorcing his first wife with their 2 kids! What happened in that marriage? why didn't he lead that wife and be her priest? Mfundisi is a problem. 🤣
This lady is smart, intelligent. I think she was not inducted properly at church. The fact that she could not pray is not her fault. I struggle to pray within a bigger group. I get her shame. Husband could have coached his wife.

@@philisithole5735 yes agree. I think she was just not fully inducted into the role. If a husband leaves me because I can't pray, maybe he should not have married me in the first place. We grow into these things.

I blame the pastor for choosing a partner not compatible with his calling. I can imagine this must have been frustrating marriage for both of them. Kids to the mountain prayer . Yho
I know a pastor who is getting married to a wild woman. He has played games with her. They have been going on trips but no intercourse. This is frustrating her. She broke up with him but he showered her with gifts to come back. He got her a bigger ring when she came back. Not every pastor has been called by God to the ministry.
Hahaha! You can say that again, take kids to the mountain prayer? She was and seems she still is a babe but I agree with you, the pastor is to be blamed. He should have known better, he also needs some growing up to do.
I'm saddened about this marriage separation.. I think her husband was still young and mama's baby. I hope umam mfundis will heal and continue with life 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Sadly it seems like there was no marriage from day one.. also Promise some people don’t like to discuss intimate details, it’s too private to explain issues of intimacy? I understand why she’s not being open about it.. 28:17
Mamfundisi is pretty However, for a person who wrote to a podcast to be interviewed, I feel like some of the questions weren’t supposed to be asked by Promise 💁♀️ Mamfu was supposed to flow with her story. For example, the story about kids and previous marriage was supposed to be on the line 💁♀️
Yes....I saw that even the bedroom part...why do u write to promise that u wanna tell Ur story n u don't wanna open up.....they are now ruining other ppls podcasts.....
Mamoruti has a story to tell but she is a private person, let's respect that. I mean for promise to ask if her & pastor were having sex while dating, is very intrusive. Story can be told without trying to embarass the person
Appreciate she shared her story. From what I can deduce She didn't ask enough questions to the man in their dating phase, family dynamics, home dynamics etc. and she sort of made excuses for him in the areas he lacked as the man and leader... He needed to mentor her and make sure she is good before allowing her to take on full responsibility of a pastor's wife, he needed to show her what life looked like, and she needed to ask deep tough questions... I think all she wanted at the time was to marry at all costs... I hope she is healing and doing well for herself and her kids..

Congregants mistreated the wife of the Pastor by calling her 'mother' and enslaving her with unrealistic demands that they themselves would never carry thus leading to her burn out. What happened to Church members going to church to seek God Almighty? In Africa these days church members prefer to flood churches to worship fellow men and women leaders many who are deceptive diviners. Time has come when each must study the Bible, seek the Holy Spirit yourself to guide your own daily life and thus grow, excell in one's calling, blessedness and one's talents as we do kindness to ourself and to each person we meet on this earth
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂the last few minutes when the "unexpected" stepmother pounced I dieded. That bo moghel laughter killed me. I was right there with you ladies. Ekare ke ea mmona ngwanyana o mosweu a ya prayer mountain.
The problem here is not the interviewee but interviewer, unless u go tru a marriage where u don't feel supported by your partner, everybody thinks they have something to say about your marriage, family dictates ,u will think its not enough to divorce but I get this lady perfectly bcoz I've been tru it ,well done for leaving gal
This interview started off on a bad note but I think the guest was not yet comfortable because she wasn’t answering questions freely. It’s understandable but as the interview goes on she opened up. Well done Promise! I thoroughly enjoyed it.
As for not answering questions well… she is trying to forget things that happened…plus… let’s be kind to each other. The expectations of her was too much she obviously struggled… she wore the shoes.. she only knows better.
Baby girl needs to heal. Parts of her are still bleeding. She prematurely went public about her story. But she seems like a good person who just went through an unfortunate ordeal.
First time I watch your podcast, and I subscribed immediately. I like the fact that you ask relevant questions, just like us you want to know and get clarity. Coming to the lady I think she and the apostle were not spiritually on the same page, she says so herself. I feel she didn't do enough to play a pastor's wife role. I have big question marks about her role in the whole mess. I'm sure if we could hear the other side it'd reveal what type of a wife she is. Nice interview 🙏🏼
This interview was not as bad as people say it, the thing is the lady here is not eloquent, and she just needs a lot of self introspection (they were not compatible, and the communication was a problem) that's what i picked up. But there's a lesson at the end for some.👍
Shame, she sounds sweet but seems she was not ready to be a wife. Even more was not ready to be a wife of a pastor, she can't even explain how she supported her husband's ministry and vision. The pastor did not find a suitable helper he was looking for. But seems he is also shallow as he should have known that this lady is still a babe and not ready.
Its so sad how a man will lose respect for you when they feel like that don't want you anymore, the worse is when they allow their new partners to disrespect you 😢 I know the pain.😢
I think she has not really healed or maybe not over the guy. It happens and thats ok. I think she truly thought this man was her soulmate but unfortunately things went south. What i know is men respect themselves better that they respect the woman who sacriifice everything for them. She probably is not sure about what she wants for herself right now and thats really fine such is life and i think I also can relate a lot with story we are all human afterall and im glad there's a platform where people can express themselves the best ways they are comfortable. I commend Promise for being able to host such a show because it really cant be easy but also helpful even to the people coming to the show. Whats important is being able to express your feelings and you might just be helping someone else out there going through the same challenges. This life this is never easy irregardless of the status you hold. But thanks for this Promise❤ much respect
Yhuu MoG from hell😂😂sphithiphithi to the end😮.Strength to you Mapuleng & all the best going foward. As for de legowa wifey😂😂😂birds of the same feathers😂.Ngcono ngithule.Promise umhle sana
Women do need a space to talk about their experiences in marriage, especially with "church" double standard men. Yes the devil fights marriages, but, sometimes, some people aren't resolute about their commitment and their priorities. Wish you the best my sister.
I agree 💯 And Mamfundisi need a safe space for therapy where they can off load be counselled and their men need to attend how to be a great men of GOD nje
First time on your podcast, so much to learn from the interview. It would be nice to hear his side, I don't think he is that bad. I'm more worried for the PA🤣🤣🤣🤣
The pastor not being available at home, it now makes sense why Catholic Priests don't get married. A family its a calling. Its challenging to manage a family and manage a church.
My Prophet says the ministry starts at home, meaning that the marriage must be healthy, and then the ministry will be fine. This is with the issue of these so called Pastors who crucify Jesus for the second time and third time.
She's not vague, she's reserved. Yena le Promise are the perfect pair. Promise can hold down a conversation, the lady is good at answering questions nje, she's just not a talker. Love to both phenomenal women ❤.
Spiritual role, mamfundisi role, mother role, step mom role.. marrying a divorcee who should have know better but nope.. he chose to be absent while wife was overwhelmed.. so sorry.. i hope yall get it 😅
The lesson here is that when one meets a man who seems to be godly, one thinks that the man will take you by your hand every step of the way, Unfortunately, it 's not like that, Some men of God, also need a lot of guidance and women needs to be told that their relationship with God is personal, and a woman has a lot on her shoulders and we never know that until we come face to face with reality.
Promise, I think you really tried here. You listened & asked all the relevant questions & even though some of the answers were vague, or seemed structured. & Promise you had this look like you were not fully convinced.
Which world are living in now?, not men of God too but we also need to remember that they are also human beings. Like my beautiful sister says, women need to pray for their husbands. We are nothing without God, He knows us and he holds everything in our lives hence we need his presence in our families all the time.

I think all she wanted at the time was to marry at all costs...
I hope she is healing and doing well for herself and her kids..
Bona wena Promise Mukunyane !! I'm a Ninja I tried to not like u when u fought with Queen Ninja...but u r really good at this interviewing and unpacking issues ...my favorite is when u blatantly laugh at or in ur guests faces ..u know that silly laugh, then u say Bathong!!!, then u say : wena, wena wena
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂it's tha bathong for me
The interviewer doesn't give the lady a proper support and she's not sympathetic..
True that..
Promise not everyone is comfortable with talking about intimacy. Shouldn't have pushed that section.
Yes hle
Such a beautiful and humble lady... Hope u heal and find true love.. Just be strong.... Some scars are there as learning curve
Amen! I love what you said ❤️
I thoroughly enjoyed the interview I honestly don't get what others expected but it was good enough.
It's lies that's why
As for not answering questions well… she is trying to forget things that happened…plus… let’s be kind to each other.
The expectations of her was too much she obviously struggled… she wore the shoes.. she only knows better.
Baby girl needs to heal. Parts of her are still bleeding. She prematurely went public about her story. But she seems like a good person who just went through an unfortunate ordeal.
yo! I'm confused shame sabathe ngiyalalela hayi khona is not make sure
Sibanda nca esi story😢 maybe I’m a bad listener 🤷♀️ because wow
Hayi, I am a good listener. I am still trying to figure out what the point of this interview is.
@@Andtherewaslight427 ayivakali tu 🤦♀️ Promise had to drag herself asking questions but nothing came out 💁♀️
Hahahaaahahaha ngathi I’m with you 😂!
Lies only that's why it doesn't make sense. She is lying " it will good to hear the other side of the story
But there's a lesson at the end for some.👍
You are beautiful, you have a heart with people. I wish if l knew you earlier.
When you are married to Ps your duty to Pray more
I am loving this story. ❤
Promise is asking negative questions boarder-line attacking her and it’s making the guest uncomfortable, and promise yimbokodo
Yes yes, my point exactly
Its so sad how a man will lose respect for you when they feel like that don't want you anymore, the worse is when they allow their new partners to disrespect you 😢 I know the pain.😢
Mapuleng is my childhood friend I'm so sorry for what she's going through.
MAPULENG YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL MOMMY
❤❤❤
Great testimony and the flow is awesome. Thanks for sharing your story
We are going through a lot..😢😢😢😢😢..but one day o tla loka.
Mapuleng Tsotesi hometown girl from Frankfort
Promise I admire your patience , I think the lady came for publicity ngoba something is not make sure
I have a hunch- she’s guilty!!!

Red flag was he was with his kids when he came to pursue you, no judging but that was the red flag
What's wrong with that?
I love the fact that she still respect the hubby ❤❤❤
Dear Promise,
I love what you're doing but my heart though after watching 😅
& truly I Am No Longer Ashamed
Men do not take breaks to heal or self introspect after long commitment relationships...he's going to take his toxicity to the next woman watch
This is true
Gave up after 10 mins, I’m sure you have a story to tell sisi all the best💫
Women do need a space to talk about their experiences in marriage, especially with "church" double standard men. Yes the devil fights marriages, but, sometimes, some people aren't resolute about their commitment and their priorities. Wish you the best my sister.
I agree 💯
And Mamfundisi need a safe space for therapy where they can off load be counselled and their men need to attend how to be a great men of GOD nje
Leaving as a Wife and coming back as s mistress.Lo cc ajekho serious Amen!
This is a great story and the lady is not a sensationalist, very descent conversation
@vuyo...she is in video,what did u expect?
Yoh, I waited 50minutes for the story to reach it's climax but it didn't, the lady wasn't really forth coming and yet the title seemed so interesting.
I thought I was the only 1.didnt finish watching mxw
@@kamogelokoloane5182 me too hey
I had to fast forward
She is still healing
First time on your podcast, so much to learn from the interview.
It would be nice to hear his side, I don't think he is that bad. I'm more worried for the PA🤣🤣🤣🤣
Why did this women come to the this show if she didn’t want to talk it’s like she is being forced to be here
The pastor not being available at home, it now makes sense why Catholic Priests don't get married. A family its a calling. Its challenging to manage a family and manage a church.
My Prophet says the ministry starts at home, meaning that the marriage must be healthy, and then the ministry will be fine.
This is with the issue of these so called Pastors who crucify Jesus for the second time and third time.
Free State is a province, where do you come from in Free State, which city?
She's from Namahadi Frankfort
She's not vague, she's reserved. Yena le Promise are the perfect pair. Promise can hold down a conversation, the lady is good at answering questions nje, she's just not a talker. Love to both phenomenal women ❤.
👌👌
This woman is so vague..😮
Why did she even come to the show?
What does vogue mean
@@TheSouthAfricanPostvague means unclear,indirect, not precise
I finished the interview, but it was such a dread. Promise fought for this one shame.
Also Promise your insight on spirituality wow!
You just used to listen to horrible stories on postcasts
Spiritual role, mamfundisi role, mother role, step mom role.. marrying a divorcee who should have know better but nope.. he chose to be absent while wife was overwhelmed.. so sorry.. i hope yall get it 😅
Her voice ❤
Promise mara o domo weitse😂😂😂, are im shocked as if im hearing this for the first time. You are so funny

We are nothing without God, He knows us and he holds everything in our lives hence we need his presence in our families all the time.
some of you sound like you are the aunties of the Pastor
😅😅😅😅😅😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂
That's true ...why this woman hate ...u really sound like u are on the side of the pastor😮
😂😂😂Brenda maaan😅
It’s the aunties, cousins and his crew continuing to show the emotional abuse I was subjected to 😂
I foresee a response from the ex husband here.
This one went south .
