The battle of Jabiim is one of my favorite stories in Star Wars simply for the fact that it utilized one of the most badass characters in SW's history, that being Zule Xiss.

I almost had nightmares when I read the comic in Junior high. War is hell.
Well within fiction, War should be treated seriously. lets face it, War leaves scars on people's psyche. That is why Soldiers and others will get PTSD during their time within that said war.

The CW tempered Anakin into one of the most battle hardened Sith of his time.
I remember this battle. It was brutal to me back in junior high and it still is today. Constant Rain, Padwans dying left and right BRUTALLY, and clones being ambushed with bombs and missiles. And the separtist ally commandos and their leader...they killed the Jedi brutally. Stabbing them, decapitating them, exploding them...my god.
The Republic comic is sooo good. I absolutely adore it. It's dark and gritty when it needs to be, it really shows how the characters are challenged and influenced by the war - it forces them to make difficult decisions and turns especially a Jedi's beliefs on its head

There was no Vader, there was only Anakin Skywalker. Vader was more like a shield Anakin had convinced himself to be a completely different being in order to hide from his past.

Does anyone know if Jedi that joined the Separatists were targeted by Order 66?
All Jedi/force sensitives were targeted they were all seen as threats other than the inquisitors

Yeah I was gonna say think about when order 66 went down the clones were still fighting the Sep's they just suddenly starting killing jedi too they wouldn't spare one just because he is a separtist right? That wouldn't make sense
@@Drawnartist my understanding was, before Ahsoka Tano and Darth Maul were attacked, that only Jedi who were still loyal to the Republic were targeted by Order 66
That's irrelevant as Separatist Jedi would still be enemy combatants to the Clones as they were still at war with the Separatists.

I have a final tally of the number of times SWRC said the word "Jabiim". 40 times, flat. I considered counting the number of times the word "Battle" was spoken as well, but I'm tired and need a shower after work.
It’s not cool picking on somebody and their work. You guys don’t have to watch. Y’all could just go somewhere else. This guy enjoys what he does and enjoys the content and lore. Why do you guys wanna make him feel bad for that? You need to look inward and ask why you wanna shame him for what he does.
We all know he repeats things. We all know he pads his videos a little, or isn’t the best script writer. Who cares? Be kind, people.

Can you compare Thrawn to Nietzsches Übermensch from Thus Spoke Zarathustra? I think there are interesting similarities, such as the will of absolute triumph, not becoming complete in the journey of life or a meaningful death. Actually the haircut of Nietzsche and Thrawn are equal as well.
