The Police were magical, something mysterious put the three of them together and they completely dominated the world, they brought out the best in each other musically and creatively, none of their individual accomplishments will ever top The Police, they were all very fortunate to have met each other even if it wasn't perfect

Andy always had a cheeky face and beautiful eyes. A great band.

They are probably all 3 great guys. It's may be that sort of band-life brings out the bad parts, and even can make people aggressive.
And other issues are always around the songwriter of a band. He wants to get his little baby born the way he intends it to be, etc. etc. . It's not Polices specific or Sting specific.

I loved the way Andy recounted his days in the band to his kids, and having them come to the re-union concert many years later. My children were born in the early 80's and because I loved this phenomenal band, they grew up listening and loving them too. I can only imagine the pride and joy Andy felt performing before sold out shows in front of his children. I too wanted to bring my grown kids to that reunion show back in 2008, but every last ticket was sold out. Nevertheless, we were there in spirit.

+blackcougar1959 Yeah it must have been some experience for him to rock out in front of his kids. Awesome show i'd say. That's a pity it sold out so quick, but shows with these amazing bands usually do.. Maybe they'll play again.

Colum Nolan. I agree. So happy that you got to see them perform. If Andy, Sting and Stewart can pull the band back together again one more time, for those who did not have the opportunity to catch them before, then me, my son and daughter will be there with a quickness.

I've watched interviews with all 3 guys individually . It always strikes me that Andy and Stewart were far more honest and open than Sting , Sting always looks painfully shy and skips around the truth a little ! But I loved the Police and Sting was a great singer , bass player and of course stunning to look at 🥰

Nice interview. The interviewees seem to have done their research, which is always good to see. And Andy, as always, was a gent.

America never went thru the same Punk that England did, The Police were more of a Progressive New Wave, Punk, Rock, Reggae Band. Punk is Clash, Ramones or Sex Pistols, campfire, 2 chords, The Police were much more sophisticated.

Johnny Rotten aka John Lydon was going to play the lead role "Jimmy" in Quadrophenia but the Sex Pistols had gotten so big, head lining USA tour etc. he stayed w/ the band. That was the choice do the movie and leave the Sex Pistols or, the rest is history. I thank my personal punk GOD!!!

Andy does make the point that the Media focuses on Sting and made him the star and
you know Stink is gullible with a huge ego. He was not more than the rest of the band.

Also, nice to see Fox being useful for once.
