If you need to use the cart before getting new wheels you can grease the inner portion of the wheel with a lot of Vaseline and it will hold air for a few days or weeks even.
Since no one makes a tool exactly, specifically for Pushnet removal, I used a hammer and punch to flatten it and turn it, and using the wheel to batter it off, or 3M oil and channel lock pliers, I finally got mine off, out of a deep welled wheel on a handtruck. I much prefer cotter pins...
Just got finished replacing tires and rims I bought at harbor freight for $5 each. Hardest thing to do was removing the push nut! After removing the old tire and rim I used a little wd40 to make the assembly easy. One tire was a little out of being true. But after all they say “Not for highway use” on the side. Chuckle thanks for the information!
At some point, if you keep watching any DYI videos, they become entertainment. As soon as the author said, "I'm just trying to learn how to fix some stuff". I knew the video was going to be fun to watch and probably helpful.
You wont believe David how this helped!!!! I have two carts and said "what the heck! rounded nut". Thank you for the video
That is exactly what I was looking for! I couldn't figure out how to get that nut off the trailer. Thanks a lot!
I appreciate your patience. Good going. 👍

instablaster...
ours had a pin but same concept, i had never messed with one so wasn't sure if OK just to yank the cap off - thanks bro!
Makes me want to watch the Howard Stern Show, spin it like Sal
No offense intended but, couldn't you have put an axle cap nut on? I find this video very informative and helpful for my project.
You forgot to put grease or oil on the axle for the wheel to spin smoothly.
a bad camera man , made me having headache !
Lol yeah, I'm not a pro.
Parts changing is not fixing.
Lol
Edit the film...it's so dumb does not have to be continuous.
True. But I've seen worse. Could use a tripod or stand
Yeah it's true, turn out a whole lot longer than I thought it was going to be when I started
