It's such a rarity that somebody is both technically adept in their trade and also skilful at presentation. This was impressive on many levels and I'm a huge fan of Aarons work.
Exactly!
instablaster...
Could not agree more!
That was by far one of the best presentations I've seen
ive never messed around in c4d but I LOVE watching how these artists manipulate these programs to get such high fidelity in very cost efficient ways. fantastic work!
I find myself constantly nodding in agreement because I learn a lot from his presentation. Thanks Aaron :D
This man just straight up made his own version Zbrush decimation master within C4D. I'm not even mad, that's amazing! ANd using Xref to get around VRAM limits is a brilliant way to work! 10/10 presentation. So many awesome tips presented quite well!
The UV trick he used to unwrap using the selection tag is something I've always wanted to figure out how to do, thank you for showing this presentation :)
You just "found" this kid at a desk? He doesn't normally present? He's a damn genius.
Trash has never been so educational, I love it.
excuse me
Great guide through! Good camera navigation, efficient and straight to the point in a perfect tempo. Thank you Aaron!
yeah, this one's supposed to be the best presentation of this year. So much information! Thank You Aaron. You're a superb guy :)
How has this many possibly learned so much at such a young age.... ASTOUNDING. Cheers, Timmmnnn

Learned a lot!! thank you
Thanks for sharing, specifically interested in the process of your Dutch painting technique. I’m a textile designer using 3D for textile design now. Great talk through..thanks again!
Solid presentation
yessssss
yessss so good
Great presentation Aaron! Well done!
it's a game changer
Glorious!!! I come from an era when you had to know how to work with "live" media; paint's; oil, acrylic, gauche... And in your minds eye be able to paint a static scene... Imagine if Rembrandt or Cezanne saw this... How would they respond? Well, for that matter a computer!!! Yikes! Anyway, exciting tech!
wow! next level pipeline!
Fabulous talk with fantastic takeaways 👍
WOW!! Nice!!
amazing use of tools!. thanks.
Amazing video learned alot
I really like his still-life render
Wow! This is amazing! very educational! The process looks great. It looks like no one is modelling complex model. Just take the pictures of the real objects and put it into computers. :D
Nice! Awesome work!
Learned a lot. Thanks for sharing!
wooooow..awesome tips
Awesome presentation. fYdelity.
dude's a beast
genius!!
will the next version focus on character rigging like Blender 2.80. so easy in Blender. i love c4d but its lacks heavily on the character animation side. need for you guy to focus on that more, shouldn't be a need to buy a third party rig, Blender is beast mode when it comes to that.
Awesome. When I bake the normals for c4d renderer it works great. Anyone know how to set it up for Octane? I tried all the flipping options but no luck.
Lol I live around the corner from there in Brooklyn haha
i have been doing this in blender for years...
What's the program did he use for 3d scan?
Hey there! I'm using a free tool called Meshroom for generating the scan. I actually take a deeper dive into the process in this video: ruclips.net/video/VRfytVKkNQw/видео.html
@@aaroncovrett8022 Thank you for the presentation, Aaron! And can you say what is your favorite film 47:48?
this presentation spoke to me. this guy is my evil twin (or is it the other way around?)

可惜听不懂,很难受。
Surely the meshroom texture had uvs once you have uvunwrapped it after remeshing it...:/ How was he able to use the texture from meshroom without the uvs being exactly the same :/
Trash with 1.000.000 polys...i wonder who is foolish enough not to buy such a quality game
Isan't it cheaper to use a real trash bag?
