The squeaking you hear isn't the bike but his camera mount, you are welcome. You can also get a Ken SL now w/ the fact 11 frame for less than $7k on sale. I was going for a full power e-levo but boy they are heavy!!! I think the SL w/ the optional extra bottle cage battery is the sweet spot. I saw a comparison w/ the full power bikes against a SL and it wasn't a huge difference in total distance, the main difference is the assist power (90 Nm vs 35 on the SL) but the SL is 10lbs+ lighter.
I just bought one. I also have an SC Bullit. BIG difference between the two. I do love the suspension workings on both bikes but I definitely miss the full power and battery. After only 2 hours and a couple short climbs in mostly Trail mode, the battery goes down to 45%. This bike will not last a full day of riding on real mountain trails unless you have two extra battery extenders...yes 2. I'd need all the if I'm going to ride trails like Tahoe once up and down. Whereas the Bullit with 85Nm and 630Wh battery will be fine on such a ride. Okay so it's an SL. I can't really compare to my Bullit But ok well, its limited bike
Thanks for sharing your real world and owner input! We're always interested to see how folks feel between SL and Full Power. We believe SL's are still just not quite packing enough battery power for the way we've learned to ride eebs. We like going fast, far and getting more DH and SL can feel like a step backwards...Albeit a more playful and fun step. haha.
It's the highest model of the bike, they have a 6k version and up I believe. They always review the highest level. You can find regular bikes for 10k.. lol.
An Enduro with a motor...oh hell yes!!!
@@sunshynjunky Well yes "Enduro category bikes" but not the magical bike that is the Specialized "Enduro".
Nice! It sounds like it gets squeaky when it gets bumpy. Did you figure out why?
how's it Compare to the SC Bullit?

What a job 😎. This review was good I liked your opinion on it the bike solid .!
Glad you liked it Thanks for watching.
how tall are you?

I guess 15K is the new normal? I love my Bullit.
It is kind of mut you can buy dirt bikes for less money
About the same as Chevrolet Spark LS...
Awesome video!!! Another great EMTB review by the loam wolf!
Why no cameras on the part of the ride you spoke about?
The trails are not officially opened yet but we got a sneak peak 🤙
Beautiful bike but no way in hell I'm paying that for one.
They have the comp version just like the full powered bikes now don't they?
music is a bit loud for me but cool widjeo!
There really is no point in mentioning that you were on a size S4 and that the bike fit well if you don't mention how tall you are.
Background music was annoying.
Background music I unnecessarily, in the future let us listen to the bike and trail. 🙏
Agreed...ditch the tunes
Interesting how much fun it can be .....I guess you don't always need those 90Nm, most of the time 55 is enough
It’s 35Nm!
@@tromansn thanks ..!!!
35Nm I the same I have on my hub drive for city bike
I would really like to try it to see the difference
Great bike for the bike park. I don't imagine you can rent one at a bike park due to the price.
That squeek for 15k 😳
Old GoPro chest mount, also why the footage is pretty shaky. Already have a new one 👍
I'd love to be able to hear the bikes without music playing. I wanna hear them squeaks, rattles, clunk's, riders mutters etc.
And music choice was really awful too. Not just bad music, but totally disconnected from the footage.
shame they didnt make the downtube so you could slide a 700wh battery in for distance monsters
What the hell is that chirping? Please tell me that’s not the $15k bike.
It was the chest mount, it’s well used. Already have a new one in hand 👍
@@TheLoamWolf phew!
Bad squeak 🐁
What the hell is all that squeaking noise? Sounds like a pile of junk
Overpriced! Who pays $15,000 for a bicycle anyways?
