@@serenitygaming3553 I mean fallout 4 is badly optimised but if you pc is update you should be fine running it I have a gtx 1080ti and with a top enb I still get 30fps constantly with flora and texture mods

No idea if it's Tarkov or Stalker Anomaly. Definitely not STALKER since it doesn't have the strafe momentum while holding the weapon.
