And while my focus when I started researching was physical looks, as I went through your video I realized there's also a part of me that needs to get that discipline back (because I already implement tons of the things from the challenge in my life). I'm so sorry, I because my reasons for doing it were less physical I totally forgot to address physical changes 😅 I lost 10 lbs and definitely had some recomp on top of that (gains muscle, so likely lost more than 10 lbs of fat). The thumbnail pic best shows how that looked on my body. Please let me know if you're curious about any other physical results!!
You forgot the point of the challenge, bud. It’s not about the workout routine. It’s about developing mental calluses so you can get after it and get shit done. It’s about having the attitude “fuck it we ball”.

They are new balance and I absolutely love them! Super comfortable and easy to keep white bc I can just throw them in the washer. I don't think so! I found that tracking all the days on a digital spreadsheet was a super easy way to track and make sure I didn't miss anything!
