We had hoped to release our reaction to Angelina Jordan’s original song, Million Miles, today, but unfortunately it was blocked due to copyright restrictions. Nevertheless, we hope you enjoy today’s video, as it was a very special one for us to create. Don’t forget to let us know in the comments what your special song is! 🙏🏽
Well to be honest I love them all. It seems any thing she sings will be great. Her ability to use inflection and elicit emotions from her singing is just, well it makes me think she has Pipes straight from heaven. Makes one sort of worry if she sang a real sad song. :) If you could have her do a cover of any song, what would you want and why? For me, Viera Lynn's "We'll Meet Again" It has a classy not and the jazz/big band feel she does so well, so the feeling of the song, the sad hopeful feeling of London just as the Blitz was ending and America had entered the war would be solid and so tangible. I really think she could do it justice. Any way I'm here with you guys and I hope you get Million Miles up, I don't see others having trouble with it that's odd but I don't know there system so.
Don't worry Jared and Jordan. They blocked my reactions to MILLION Miles and 7th Heaven. Ugh...but they have the live sessions of those 2 songs...try another reaction and see if they will remain posted. They are both beautiful songs and well composed.
This isn't the comment I intended to make, so I'll be commenting again but I just read your words and I don't know which video of Million Miles was blocked due to copyright. Possibly the artistic video which I believe uses her grandmother's and perhaps some of her own artwork would be allowed..
Hi Jared, Hi Jordan, I am so sorry that you lost your mother at such a young age. It's unusual for you to comment on such a personal song. But you're showing that music has incredible power. Even if the sound quality isn't that good, you can hear that Angelina has a great voice and, as you said, she can convey the emotions directly to the listeners. I hope that music will continue to get you through all of life's situations and help you enjoy good times as well as get through difficult times better. A great song by Whitney Houston, who also left us way too soon. Thank you so much and Greetings from Germany
Jared and Jordan, we so appreciate how you open up to all of us. I am 76 years old and have listened to Angelina each and every day for the last few years. She has helped me trough some very difficult time with her kind heart and soulful renditions. Over the last few years of have lost a son, two brothers, two nieces and a nephew. Her music has made such an impact on my life. Her original song “Million Miles” has been a savior for me. Since she has released this incredible song I have listened to it p, multiple times, every day. I am so very thankful that she is a part of my life. When she sings she pulls me into her wonderful world and I am so grateful.
I am seeing this in 08-15-2023 I'm so sorry to hear about your mom!! MY husband passed away 5 yrs ago and I had them to play this song, thank you so very much for playing this😢😢
My daughter, at the age of 38 died August 2015 from an opioid overdose. I can truly feel your pain. On another note, Angelina has a song named Shes Got That Supernova DNA. She was 17
I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful mother 8 years ago. She had/has to have a special soul to love and sing daily a song like this, “I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU” written and sung by Dolly Parton originally. It has always been my tear-jerking favorite since my former husband and I married in1975 and divorced 27 years later, and for the quarter of a century since then, it still makes me cry. (I divorced him BECAUSE I loved him and wanted to allow him to live the kind of life he wanted.). I also absolutely love to listen to Whitney’s cover. I ran across Angelina Jordan about 3 years ago (I was 63-64 yo then), and have occasionally done marathon days listening only to her music. I’ve felt compelled to share Angelina’s incredibly beautiful, heart healing voice with everybody who visits. Thank you for your reactions. You are both dearly loved and appreciated very much. 🙏🏻
genius observation... "she allowed the emotion to speak...she doesn't do any theatrics...she's allowing the emotion of this song to run thru her, to be presented to us."
I’m crying right along with you. My son.. my only son.. 26 ..Ohhhh Dear Lord.. it’s been 9 years.. no. It was just yesterday. She has the voice of an Angel. She feels it to her very soul. My heart hurts soooooo bad. His song for me.. was Tupacs Dear Mama. God Bless you both.. I just found you & her. Thank you. Love & Hugs, G’ma 🙏❤️🤗
Thank you so much for your heartfelt and very touching reaction to this beautiful performance 🙏💖 I am so sorry for your loss of your beautiful mother, I think she would have been so proud of you right now. And I think she lives through you with her love for music. So God bless your beautiful hearts and soul 🙏💖 My song is Aurora "Through the eyes of a child" live at Nidarosdomen, a beautiful cathedral in Norway. This particular song and performance gets me every time. To me it is the most beautiful song and performance ever. It has helped me so much for reasons I can't describe in this comment section. All I can say is that I was never allowed to be a child. I hope you one day can react to this special performance by Aurora 💖💖
This song was originally written and sung by Dolly Parton. She hit the Country charts twice with it - once in 1974 and again in 1982. Many people have done it since , most notably Whitney Huston who recorded it for har movie " The bodyguard " and had a huge hit with it on the Pop music charts. I believe that Angelina's treatment of the song is closer to Dolly's version than Whitney's version but I could be mistaken. However I also firmly believe that Angelina brings out the emotions behind the song like no one else can!
Guys, this was the most genuine and heartfelt presentation I've ever seen here on RUclips. This was not a reaction. It was a Love fest. It is obvious that your mom had a purpose here on this Earth. That was to raise two of the most wonderful sons a mom could have. I am older and have lost both my parents so I know what it's like to grieve. I imagine it's even harder when you're younger. But being able to face it and learn to accept it and move on with hope is the best one can do. It's what she would have wanted. Angelina is obviously in your wheelhouse, as her sincerity and emotion pour out of her as yours did tonight. You're all real with no facade. As you said, her performance tonight was raw with no embellishments. And you guys don't need embellishments either to make an impact. You mentioned that a million miles was blocked. Some have put a filter over the screen which has worked fine. Others have blocked the screen totally and just played the audio which is riveting in itself. This original song of Angelina is one of Hope which you can identify with in many angels have experienced cleansing after listening to this. I truly hope you can find a way to make it work as others have successfully. Thank you for what you do and don't change a thing. I along with hundreds of other angels will be there for you.
Thank you Jared and Jordon for sharing this, my mom also died 25 years ago, i still feel the pain. My mom was a huge Elvis fan and there are still some of his songs i haven't been able to listen to. I also am a Elvis fan, so i haven't listened to a lot of music since mom passed. 6 months ago i discovered Angelina Jordan singing Bohemian Rhapsody , i love her voice and what she does with them, with so much emotion and passion and i fully believe Angelina will one day be as big as Elvis maybe even surpass him. I don't know if i am dreading or looking forward to Angelina covering moms favourite Elvis songs, but i know how you feel during this reaction as this was also one of my moms favourite songs. Well done for sharing your feelings. Kevin from down under 😊🌏
My second comment.... Martina McBride's Concrete Angel is mine. It hits home for me as a constant reminder of my childhood. Your Mom is smiling on you both. My heart goes out to you both. Angelina's version of Stay is another favorite she reads the lyrics as she sings just like she does in A Million Years Ago. I can't wait to see your next reaction. My heart is giving your hearts huge hugs ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Okay, you two look pretty muscular but the true power lies in your vulnerability! It makes your reactions so interesting to watch! How great that you shared your pain with us this way! And how wonderful that Angelina fits so well in your worlds! She is a comfort to the soul. Even when she was singing at the age of 7. I don't have one song that means everything to me, but I do have a singer that moves me the most and that's Angelina. Gloomy Sunday was the first I heard from her, but so many drove me to tears. "Stay" is also very powerful and so is her goodbye song for Avicii: Wake me up!
Gentlemen, my gratitude for your YT channel platform and it's purpose. Blessings to you both and for your awesome mother who watches over you two daily in the divine comfort of knowing what beautiful sons she spawned. I discovered #AngelinaJordan music right at the onset of the outbreak of COVID, dove into the rabbit hole of her amazing repertoire, even joined a couple of FB fan clubs to interact with decades of thousands of her fans throughout the world. Angelina music carried me through the dark and lonesome times as I struggled to persevere care providing for my mother who celebrated her 89th birth anniversary last October. She passed away peacefully last month and the void is still very real. I was raised playing music: piano, guitar, percussion, voice. My mother sang along with whatever played on the AM radio: Nat King Cole, Petula Clark, Vicki Carr, Julie London. I studied classical composers, folk artists, 60s rock, country artists, and jazz. Music is a universal language that requires no translation. Songs touch some but not all and never each in the same way. But your review and personal analytics of Angelina music is wonderful. My heart to yours, young men.
Her command excellence of so many different genres truly astounds me. Then, the fact that as a 'vocal chameleon', emulating other singer's voices, even Adele, as well as her two favorite jazz singers of all time (Billie Holiday) and Amy Winehouse is truly amazing. It doesn't matter if it's Whitney, Dinah Washington, Ella Fitzgerald, or even Rhianna, as well as Gloria Gaynor and Leslie Gore in the 'Pop" arena, she just applies her jazzy style and produces the best versions of all these songs I've ever heard. Did I mention 'country legend' Patsy Cline (Crazy) and 'Cry' by 'jazz great' Julie London? If not, please add them to my list and keep in mind that there are many more artists that number too many for me to list here.
It cannot have been easy to open your souls to us. Thank you for letting us in. It was an honor to share this moment with you. There is one song that even people who have a difficult time letting their emotions out become quite emotional over titled Monsters by James Blunt. If you have not yet seen the video I strongly recommend it. It would be understandable if you decided to watch it without sharing a reaction video. Whatever you decide to do, please know that our hearts are with you. p. s. Your mother raised two beautiful and fine young men, and I have no doubt that she was and is very proud of you.
Thank you guys for sharing your story. I felt that...every bit of that emotion young man...I felt it. Let this song help give you both comfort and soothe your soul. 😔😔😔🥺😔
Ya'll are so special. My heart goes out to the both of you for your incredible loss of your mother. She raised very special sons and would be so proud of you both. ❤❤❤❤
It’s a must that you listen to “Stay” if you thought this song provoked emotion you will be lost for words listening to her version … I feel every bit of your pain as I lost my mum to cancer … sending healing hugs ❤️
I'm so sorry this song is causing you so much pain as you remember that day of your mother's passing. I have and continue to pray for you! Bless You both, and your family!. My mom passed away suddenly in 2020. And I really just started to accept it about 6 months ago, which then allowed me to get some relief, and not feel tremendous pain like I did everyday after her passing. It helped me get to the point of smiling when I thought of beautiful memories, instead of crying and being so broken. It's such a very hard road, when you lose your mom. No one is like her, or even compares to her!! You cry when you need to, because it's ok to cry. 💙🙏💙
Oh man.........I'm soooo sorry guys. And I'm sure you've heard it before. I've only heard up until the 3 min mark. Jeez...this about to be emotional. Again....my fullhearted condolences.
You guys are so sweet, you show the love for your mom! Did you know this song was written by Dolly Parton, Country Singer and check her original verson also.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Time doesn't heal, but music can. Angelina's singing has helped me through some of my losses. If there's a way for you to react to the song that most helped me in the last two years, it's Angelina's Million Miles. Thank you for your moving and sensitive thoughts and reflections, and the lovely pictures of your mom.
Hi Rachel I read your comment which was very nice and thoughtful. I personally after I first lost my brother couldn’t listen to music because it just used to make me so sad but I did find that time was a healer but then I suppose we all deal with these things differently. Angelina wasn’t around then maybe I could’ve listened to her
@@lydiabentley3413 I'm sorry for your loss. My big one was also my brother. I think I stayed in bed watching mindless tv on my laptop for about three months. Everyone needs to do whatever they need to after such losses. Wishing you well.
I've just recently subscribed to your channel, I really enjoy your reactions, and the insight you show for whichever artist you are listening to. I know this was a year ago, but my heart goes out to the two of you. I lost my mother to Alzheimer's so I know the sadness and grief you feel. It's been 22 years since my mother passed, and the pain does lessen but there are still times when I think of something or hear a song and I have the same reaction that Jordan had. God bless you both.
Angelina sings this perfectly this is just perfect and she was only singing with a guitar Angelina is very good at showing emotion she always respects the original artist I know how you feel I lost my mum 5yrs ago and the pain never goes away I think off her all the time so sad for everyone who’s lost someone close I listen to Angelina every day I also listen to Elvis everyday his gospel music is so beautiful You need too cry let it all out there’s nothing wrong with crying sending you all my love from Denise in Yorkshire England 🏴💞💞💞👼👸🏻🌹🌹🌹🙏🙏🙏💔 IF You Leave Me Now by Chicago 💞💞🌹🌹🌹🌹😘
Hey Denise Perryman,I haven't seen any comments by you lately on the covers by Angelina, and as a fellow lover of Angelina's music,I have always read and liked your comments. The last days Angelina has covered The Animal's version of "House of The Rising Sun,and a great version of My Funny Valentine, and with no comments by you that I have read, therefore I feared that a great admirer of Angelina's music had left us.Therefore I'm glad to have you back commenting Angelina's music, and I recommend that you listen to the two covers by Angelina, and especially "My Funny Valentine ' I think you will love, like the rest of us Angels.
This amazing girl sprinkles every single word she sings with her Angel Dust. I’m so sorry you lost your mother when she was so young. Your reaction here showed your love for her and gave Angelina a chance to provide some comfort, and a place you can always come back to and connect to your mothers memory in the beautiful place Angelina created with this cover!! No words can substitute.
Duende Thanks for sharing your heartfelt story of your amazing mother. With such a close connection to this song, I'm so happy you guys listened to Angelina Jordan perform this like only she can. Another top-notch reaction 👌 👏 👍 looking forward to the next one.
Hi guys. The most difficult part for me today was to switch my phone off. For 30 minutes i kept rewinding and listening to you and Angelina . Wonderful experience. For me is the song '' how great thou art ''. At my parents funeral as well as my younger brother this hymn was sung in church without requesting it. I always go back to Angelina's version when I feel down. Keep up the good work and I agree with all that you guys are the best. Breath of fresh air.
Thank you for sharing your backstory. Much love and respect to you and how you survived unspeakable pain and loss. You know your Mom's love for you is eternal, and nothing causes it to die, no matter how imperfectly we humans have loved. Yes, OMG. Your analysis of allowing the emotion to speak seems apt to me. Yes, this is a practice session. Her mother or grandmother is recording. At least that is my understanding. And, again, as I said in the Billie Holliday reaction, music is the language of the soul, the expression of the emotions that move through, the expression of the soul itself. That is why music can heal, can be a life vest. You've been so real here, and I've come to it late. Keep on taking good care of yourselves. 💜💜💜💜💜 You two are beautiful souls. Your Mother is also a beautiful soul.
I'm am so sorry for your loss guys. Million miles would have been a great selection for your loss. Hope you get to see it and hear it someday soon. Love your show and with Angelina especially as she can bring the emotions to any song....just who she is.
My favorite is her at 10 doing " My Funny Valentine ", it reminds me of my daughters, who are not in my life anymore. And now to hear Angelina do it again at 16...cuts my heart, yet I've been listening to it over and over. You guys have all my love. My second would be Angelina singing " lf You Go Away". You guys keep going.
She blows my mind!!! I lost my mother at 15. She was a dancer and was asked to be a Rockette. At the time, you had to be single. My father had just proposed. She chose my father. Every year I watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade just to see the Rockettes. And every year I cry. Even still. Please react to Elvis "In The Ghetto". It is that simple and profound! In 2 minutes!
This is, Hands Down, the best, most emotionally honest and insightful "reaction" I have Ever heard! Your mother must have been an absolutely amazing person. She would surely be incredibly proud of you both! Thank you so much for this!! The first song that had the type of overwhelming emotional impact which you describe for Me was James Taylor's "Fire and Rain". There have been several later examples (including AJ's "Million Miles") And that is the Power and "Grace" of music!
I lost my mother to suicide. I think we all have that one song. I am glad you are doing this for your mom. She would be so proud of both of you. In Bohemian Rhapsody you discussed purpose. I think you both have found your purpose. You are learning new genres of music through Angelina Jordan. You are not only learning new artist from the past, but you are also learning history, and you are educating. Music unites people. You are uniting generations of people through history and music. Try her original song Shield at age 12 live on TV. She wrote this for her family who protects her. Can't wait to watch this.
So very sorry for your loss Darlene. I am grateful you have Angelina and her music in your life, as she reminds us, we are never alone and to always live life with hope.
Darlene Adam, Angelina's grandmother, Mery Zamani, directed an artistic vid w "Shield" as soundtrack that offers insight into Angelina's culture. Have u seen it?
My deepest condolences for the loss of your mother 8 years back, she has 2 sons that she can be so very proud of in explaining music and what it means I don't think I can come up with just one song that touches something deep inside of me but I can come up with one performer that overall reaches deep inside of me when I listen to her and that is Angelina Jordan. I am 57 years old and there have been a lot of songs that have I have listened to over & over again because they reach into my soul but she is the only artist that has done that in so many genres of music.
Jared & Jordan, thank you for sharing this special day with the world. I am sure your mom is smiling in heaven as you are honoring her by helping others as your help yourselves. No one ever prepares you for losing your parents and it happened to the two of you while you were still very young. I lost my dad in 2019 and my mom in 2020 shortly after I discovered Angelina and her music. I lost my wife in 2017 and a stepson in 2019 and a good friend in 2020. I dealt with each loss by being strong and helping others in my family but never properly grieving. It took months of listening to Angelina and when she released "Million Miles" she finally broke down the barrier I had built around my emotions. I wept like a baby, over and over again as I watched reaction video after reaction video to her masterpiece. I greatly look forward to when you are able to upload your reaction to Million Miles. I truly believe that song will be listened to until the end of time, providing comfort to countless billions.
God bless you Andy know this they’re watching over you & making sure you’re ok with all that you have endured….. thank you for sharing and at least I think we all got one thing in common and that is this beautiful girl Angelina has come into our lives and blessed us all with Love , hope & beautiful music to feed our souls , take care Andy from NZ
I can feel your sadness and thank you for sharing , Angelina is the best thing to have happen to millions of us I hope the world will listen to her she is the best.
my god you guys was...was so heartfelt "I will always have" a spot for you two..your following AJ ,she has a message for you and all of us.please take a deep dive into her essence.
Jared and Jordan, thank you for that honest, heartfelt and impactful reaction. Many fans have written of Angelina's ability to both connect you to her world and to your own inner world as well. She is truly a soul-sharer. She/we understand the need for emotional release and she facilitates the process through her amazing empathic connections. Sorry for your loss! I am envious of what you have today. I grew up in a home devoid of love. I did not mourn when my parents or brothers passed. Nothing begets nothing. You two, however, have both strong memories of the past and your mom as well as your relationship today. Cherish these! Others have told you about "Stay". It is impressive. Her version of "Always On My Mind" is grand testimony to her ability to share her emotions with us. I tear up every time. I am glad you found Angelina Jordan! For those who connect, she is someone very special.
i still remember the day, my mom died, i was 20 years old .... i carried her Coffin, with my Brother, it was so heavy........ and my Sister was smiling at us ....everything is so vived .... but i know she loves us ...... and that gets me by ..... She will always be there for us ..... Don't worry
Guys, she's watching over you and wants you to be the best you can be as beautiful human beings. I know she's very proud of you doing what you are now doing. And, what about Angelina? Well, I don't think words are necessary. I will say this, I think she was about 12 when she recorded this and to me, she "has been" perhaps one of the finest singers that has ever lived and she continues to give us the pleasure of listening to her to this day. The soulfulness in her originates in her soul and when she sings for us her voice becomes pure love. Jordan, we love her so much and when you became emotional all of us (YES, all of us) began to cry with you. We felt your sorrow but also cried because we know what Angelina does to people and we cry when we see how she affects people. Jared, you hang in there and you're very strong. But, one day, when she sings a particular song to you, it will hit you and we will cry along with you.
Thank you Jared & Jordan for sharing this, I'm sure you Mom would be very proud of both of you. I lost my Mom to cancer when I was 14, but that was a lifetime ago.
Oh guys I wasn't expecting to cry so much but well done for going through that. I didn't know your Mum but I believe she would be extremely proud of her boys and also i'm quite sure she would have loved and enjoyed Angelina x
I think we all have one or two of "those songs." Decades can pass and you will still have that emotional response. And of course, Angelina has this extraordinary talent for regularly bringing grown men to tears. The format of your channel is bringing a great service to us all because you're not just reacting, you're imparting knowledge. We all blessed to have the incomparable Angelina Jordan taking us on her journey.
Not only did Angelina Jordan capture the essence of this song but so did her guitarist. Watch as he plays. He puts his heart, his soul into the music through his facial expressions, body movements, the way he handles and plays his guitar. All compliment the essence of this everlasting song. Thanks for sharing her and the video. I'd never heard of Angelina Jordan before you guys introduced me and I'm glad you did. Thanks too, for sharing your raw emotions. I cried along with you.
Angelina was only 11 here. Angelina Jordan , Million Miles, she was 15, Her original, and You Were Always On My Mind, she was 12, both dedicated to her late grandfather.
Jared and Jordan, I am sorry for your loss. Thank you for getting thru this reaction on this sad day. An amazing job, as I've come to expect from you. The Angelina song I listen to everyday that gives me peace is "Every Time We Say Goodbye". It was recorded when she was 10 for TV2 before she left Norway for the USA. I hope you listen to it and it gives you comfort.
I completely understand how you feel. I lost my 15 yr old Son, and only child, and 21 yrs later I still can't listen to any song that we used to listen to together. The only thing that gets me through any of life without him is knowing I will see him again for eternity. May God Bless you both (as I listen to this, and cry with you). I love everything Angelina Jordan sings....she sang "You were always on my mind," for her Grandpa who passed and she loved so much. She could barely get through the song, and finally lost it at the end! On a happy note, she blows away Bohemian Rhapsody....What a superstar and truly beautiful person inside and out, Angelina is! Thank you for posting this song, may you both find peace in knowing your beautiful Mother is always with you!
To react to this song by Angelina Jordan, shows a lot of courage to relive the emotional passing of your mom 8 yrs ago today, especially for you Jordan. I lost both parents, two brothers and a sister. The song "Million Miles" by Angelina helped me overcome my extreme grief of losing my best friend of 17 years 2 years ago. I loved him so much. He died in my arms. 72 years old add physically all alone now. But by listening to Angelina's song, dedicated to her Grandpa (2nd one) and to everyone who has lost a loved one, I realized that I'm never really alone. He's up there along with everyone else's loved ones looking down on us, in our hearts. She has 3 versions of. "Million Miles", a lyric video, live in Studio version and a music video. To get around being blocked, you may try putting a filter over the video or make the video smaller or block out the video and just listen to the audio. Most reactors get by by making the video smaller. She was 11 years old when she did this song. "Stay" is another amazing song she did at age 12. It also brought tears to my eyes. "A Million Years Ago" Adele also touches me very much, reflecting on the good things and the regrets of your life. Also at age 12 Most of her home videos icon in only one take as with the three mentioned above Just remember guys, you are never alone. Your mom is looking down on you, loves you very much, will always be in your heart and is very proud of you doing this tribute to her by Angelina Jordan. Take care, God bless.
Angelina's recording of Stay at 12 years old is a must listen: ruclips.net/video/_GSVPvCy3Yg/видео.html
Don't worry Jared and Jordan. They blocked my reactions to MILLION Miles and 7th Heaven. Ugh...but they have the live sessions of those 2 songs...try another reaction and see if they will remain posted. They are both beautiful songs and well composed.
AJ 's version of Stay will really turn the tears on. It is a phenomenal version.
This isn't the comment I intended to make, so I'll be commenting again but I just read your words and I don't know which video of Million Miles was blocked due to copyright. Possibly the artistic video which I believe uses her grandmother's and perhaps some of her own artwork would be allowed..
I just want to know you dudes and hug you. It's been 29 years since my mom and my best brother passed and it's raw and real till this day. God bless
Thank you so much and
Greetings from Germany
Gents, you Must react to Stay. It will change your life.
Crying is medicine for the soul. It' s ok to cry.
You took words out of my mouth!!! Bless all those who has lost a loved one.💕🌈🌍🙏
I am seeing this in 08-15-2023
I'm so sorry to hear about your mom!!
I’m so so sorry for your loss.
This mad3 me think of my mum too. X
💔 You two are very special!
Lets' not forget this is Angelina at 12 years of age.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt and very touching reaction to this beautiful performance 🙏💖 I am so sorry for your loss of your beautiful mother, I think she would have been so proud of you right now. And I think she lives through you with her love for music. So God bless your beautiful hearts and soul 🙏💖
My song is Aurora "Through the eyes of a child" live at Nidarosdomen, a beautiful cathedral in Norway. This particular song and performance gets me every time. To me it is the most beautiful song and performance ever. It has helped me so much for reasons I can't describe in this comment section. All I can say is that I was never allowed to be a child. I hope you one day can react to this special performance by Aurora 💖💖
She does a wonderful rendition of 'Stay' too 😎
And Stay allso😃
Even if " Million Miles " was blocked, listen to it for yourself. It heals your soul.
I agree!
Have you found anything she can’t do! She is one in a million.
I'm sure Angelina would be honored you did this on this day. "Stay" is another AJ cover that's awesome as well!
Wish I could like this twice
This song was originally written and sung by Dolly Parton. She hit the Country charts twice with it - once in 1974 and again in 1982. Many people have done it since , most notably Whitney Huston who recorded it for har movie " The bodyguard " and had a huge hit with it on the Pop music charts. I believe that Angelina's treatment of the song is closer to Dolly's version than Whitney's version but I could be mistaken. However I also firmly believe that Angelina brings out the emotions behind the song like no one else can!
James Blunt "Monsters"
The only song that make me cry everytime.
I'm addicted to AJ for 3 years.
Angelina 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I so agree.....
Wow! Beautifully said!
Amen🙏
Kevin from down under 😊🌏
Some reactors say that AJ can cure those sorrows because a feeling of peace and tranquility invades them. A hug for both of you.
My heart goes out to both of you
Sadly, I missed Angelina's Christmas performance but I look every day for her version of my go to emotional song "You Say".
Hallo Robert, vielleicht hilft dir das ruclips.net/video/UQ0S65YI3Gc/видео.html
@@peterstadelmeier thank you Peter for linking to my favorite mixed song.
@@peterstadelmeier Oh my gosh, thank you so much !!! Saw this once and haven't been able to find it since. Love it !!!!
Jared & Jordan thanks so much for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
Man bros! ill cry with you! LET IT OUT BROTHERS!
Fuck! Iths STRENGHT to cry!
Its HAPPY sadness!
You bois had me pause my game que and listen to you! Thank you!
My mom passed 2 years from now in december! We will never have another! So god bless ur moms!
May your mother rest in peace as well 🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️
Okay, you two look pretty muscular but the true power lies in your vulnerability!
R
I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful mom may she rest in Paradise 🌹🦋🙏❤️
Thanks so much 🙏🏽🙏🏽
You knew this would happen and you still did it and that's what makes you both Men! Brave Men! Respect.
Million Miles made me cry and gave me comfort and many others who had lost loved ones through this pandemic .
😘😘🙏👏🙏😘😘
Her command excellence of so many different genres truly
astounds me. Then, the fact that as a 'vocal chameleon',
emulating other singer's voices, even Adele, as well as her
two favorite jazz singers of all time (Billie Holiday) and Amy
Winehouse is truly amazing. It doesn't matter if it's Whitney,
Dinah Washington, Ella Fitzgerald, or even Rhianna, as well as
Gloria Gaynor and Leslie Gore in the 'Pop" arena, she just applies
her jazzy style and produces the best versions of all these songs
I've ever heard. Did I mention 'country legend' Patsy Cline (Crazy)
and 'Cry' by 'jazz great' Julie London? If not, please add them to
my list and keep in mind that there are many more artists that
number too many for me to list here.
You guys are on my Top5 list of reactionaries.
Wow, thanks so much!! We appreciate you!
Not crying alone
Thank you guys for sharing your story. I felt that...every bit of that emotion young man...I felt it. Let this song help give you both comfort and soothe your soul. 😔😔😔🥺😔
Ya'll are so special. My heart goes out to the both of you for your incredible loss of your mother. She raised very special sons and would be so proud of you both. ❤❤❤❤
It’s a must that you listen to “Stay” if you thought this song provoked emotion you will be lost for words listening to her version … I feel every bit of your pain as I lost my mum to cancer … sending healing hugs ❤️
Well done, guys.
Right on about what makes Angelina stand out. She delivers the emotional story of the song, straight to your heart.
@@RachelDacusAuthor thank you for your lovely message Rachel and I do agree with you. Very thoughtful of you and much appreciated and please take care
Listen to who wrote this song dolly Parton wrote it for Whitney Houston
Angelic for sure! A God given voice!
Dolly Parton wrote and was the first one to sing I will always love you..back in the 70s..you can look it up on Utube...
Sorry for your loss. As an 11 year old this is really truly phenomenal. She is very special.
I love this girl's voice it's amazing. Everything thing she does is amazing. Sometimes it hurts to hear voice.
So sad for your family. Prayers and love
Duende
Thanks for sharing your heartfelt story of your amazing mother. With such a close connection to this song, I'm so happy you guys listened to Angelina Jordan perform this like only she can. Another top-notch reaction 👌 👏 👍 looking forward to the next one.
Peace and healing brothers...
🙏🏽
Tears cleanse the soul and is not a sign of weakness. Turn your memories of grief into a celebration of her life. It worked for me. Peace....
Thank you for the wisdom our friend 🙏🏽
My favorite is her at 10 doing " My Funny Valentine ", it reminds me of my daughters, who are not in my life anymore. And now to hear Angelina do it again at 16...cuts my heart, yet I've been listening to it over and over. You guys have all my love. My second would be Angelina singing " lf You Go Away". You guys keep going.
❤
Love your platform
Thanks so much 😊
Beautiful video guys. Your mom would undoubtedly be extremely proud of you. ❤️
I cried with you.
@@ernestromero3631 yes I have. I prefer the videos that show her singing
Real men cry too. I was also.. sorry for your loss.
😘🇬🇧
My deepest condolences for the loss of your mother 8 years back, she has 2 sons that she can be so very proud of in explaining music and what it means
I don't think I can come up with just one song that touches something deep inside of me but I can come up with one performer that overall reaches deep inside of me when I listen to her and that is Angelina Jordan. I am 57 years old and there have been a lot of songs that have I have listened to over & over again because they reach into my soul but she is the only artist that has done that in so many genres of music.
Go rest high on that mountain is the song that makes me think about my mom and dad.
Bless you, Andy. You're an incredible human. ❤️
♥️
my god you guys was...was so heartfelt "I will always have" a spot for you two..your following AJ ,she has a message for you and all of us.please take a deep dive into her essence.
Angelina Was 18 months old when she first sang this song. I have a feeling she was practicing for singing it for you and your family

Wow crying right along with you brother, I appreciate you just feeling it and sticking through it.
I am so sorry for the pain of losing your Mom ! You are awesome young men!
i still remember the day, my mom died, i was 20 years old .... i carried her Coffin, with my Brother, it was so heavy........ and my Sister was smiling at us ....everything is so vived .... but i know she loves us ...... and that gets me by ..... She will always be there for us ..... Don't worry
I think you are becoming angels. she brings so much to the table.
Love you guys I appreciate your reviews of Angelina and I hope you continue.
Oh guys I wasn't expecting to cry so much but well done for going through that. I didn't know your Mum but I believe she would be extremely proud of her boys and also i'm quite sure she would have loved and enjoyed Angelina x
You are two beautiful men. Your mom would be so proud of you. Thanks for sharing your authenticity with us.
Thank so much Willem. Much love!
So sorry for your loss
Not only did Angelina Jordan capture the essence of this song but so did her guitarist. Watch as he plays. He puts his heart, his soul into the music through his facial expressions, body movements, the way he handles and plays his guitar. All compliment the essence of this everlasting song. Thanks for sharing her and the video. I'd never heard of Angelina Jordan before you guys introduced me and I'm glad you did. Thanks too, for sharing your raw emotions. I cried along with you.
Much appreciate Robert!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
W0w! Powerful stuff guys & thanks angelina for taking their harts and leading them threr. Ciao
Angelina was only 11 here. Angelina Jordan , Million Miles, she was 15, Her original, and You Were Always On My Mind, she was 12, both dedicated to her late grandfather.
thank you for sharing that. Until The Next Time - Daniel O'Donnell was my wife's favorite song. she passed last year
Jared and Jordan, I am sorry for your loss.
Best A J Reaction ever. Peace to you brothers.
I completely understand how you feel. I lost my 15 yr old Son,
and only child, and 21 yrs later I still can't listen to any song that
we used to listen to together. The only thing that gets me
through any of life without him is knowing I will see him
again for eternity. May God Bless you both (as I listen
to this, and cry with you). I love everything Angelina
Jordan sings....she sang "You were always on my mind,"
for her Grandpa who passed and she loved so much.
She could barely get through the song, and finally lost
it at the end! On a happy note, she blows away Bohemian
Rhapsody....What a superstar and truly beautiful person
inside and out, Angelina is! Thank you for posting this
song, may you both find peace in knowing your beautiful
Mother is always with you!
She covered Stay as well
Can’t wait to watch that!
Also at age 12
Most of her home videos icon in only one take as with the three mentioned above
Just remember guys, you are never alone. Your mom is looking down on you, loves you very much, will always be in your heart and is very proud of you doing this tribute to her by Angelina Jordan. Take care, God bless.
