1/8 inch is actually a lot stronger than people think the majority of the frame metal on the semi truck rock hauler trailers are 1/8th inch mild

Someone seems to have the stinkyfab long arms 🧐. How do you like the long arms from them? Any complaints?

Nice fab skills. However, you’re gunna have like zero uptravel bro. You can mount the bottom of the shock much lower. It’s not easy but a lot of guys do it.

The trackbar has been moved forward 3.5” and at full bump it will be within 1/4 of the diff cover and the full hydro steering arms. 3.5” (bumped from 4”) of up travel is fine for a rock rig definitely not setup for whoops or choppy fast trail riding.

And to add to that, it’s only a 10” travel shock. It’s not like I’m slamming a way oversized shock in there, it just is a small area to work with with that huge axle.

@@time2getdirtyfabrication agreed. The packaging is very tight. Things get super close at full bump. Keep up the good work!

I didn’t realize you had a 1 ton front end, as that makes tolerances/clearance even tighter

How was the tnt crossmember in comparison to what was in it originally?

As far as rear suspension? I love the dual triangulation that TNT uses. I've had it on both personal and customer rigs with excellent results
