Why doesn't anyone ever go to jail for these crimes?

1. Attempted kidnapping
2. Illegal towing
3. Speeding
4. Public stalking
5. Public endangerment
6. Illegal maneuver of vehicle
7. Service fraud
8. Blocking public road
9. Illegal use of company property
10. Towing with an invalid license
11. Towing a vehicle that is not request to be tow
12. Run a red light
13. Driving under the influence
14. Illegal operation of company own vehicle
15. Stealing company property
16. Using company name and vehicle to commit crime
17. False imprisonment
18. Fleeing a crime scene
19. Attempting to cause harm in a public situation
20. Escalating a crime
21. Road rage
22. Pretending to be company employee

Towing a car or truck is not legal in most states when people are in the car. These clowns are putting lives at risk.

@VNV67 your reason makes no sense. A camper or rv and a tow truck are two completely different things and abide by different laws. So to clarify for you. Riding in a car that is being towed is illegal. Riding in a camper or rv in some states is not illegal.
In Florida, tow truck guy gets free body piercings when he tries this.

NBC, how about doing some more investigation and out the name of the owner of the tow company and go to their office and confront the business directly. Just calling is lazy journalism.
Maybe they were afraid that if they went to the companies office their news truck would get towed.
So how does one explain how you legally towed any vehicle like this?
Supposing the towing/hijacking had been successful, what did they plan to do with the people in the car after they got the car to their place of business? lol

Once the car is on t1he bar, the police ALWAYS sides with the tow truck company. Its a scam the city benefits from.

The *self-driving* cab next to the belligerent tow truck didn't seem affected by the events. Could things have been different if it were behind the vehicle trying to back away from the tow truck?🙂

SF is crazy. And I'm from there. We don't have any city tow trucks or towyards here on Hawaii. We don't even have parking meters downtown. No metermaids.
