I've been on the waitlist for both Faire and Creoate for months and the customer service for both is appalling. How do I get some kind of answer out of someone?
I think both have become stricter with who they are letting into the platform and the waitlists are longer, I've had a few people reach out to me to see if I can do anything. I have raised this with Faire and they said there are longer waitlists and try again in a few months, so I recommend just applying again every couple of months. Their customer service is very good once you actually get accepted
By % do you mean how much we are spending? IN terms of ad spend £0 at the moment, let's see how that changes when Faire release paid ads - and in terms of our time we have 1 part time person who spends almost all of their time on Faire and wholesale in general, as well as I'd say about 50% of mine and Andy's time combined, we invest a lot in this channel!
They either emailed us about their order or we looked them up online, we will market to these customers but we will only ever take orders from them directly in faire and are very careful about that - sometimes we get customers saying shall they order with us directly but that's against faire's policies so we always tell them no they have to go through faire
love how direct you are and clear! thank you.
Thanks so much for the feedback, glad you found it useful! :)
