I Kneeded This! - Knee Surgery

I’m hard on my knees. From sports, to activities, to motorcycle accidents to my construction work. My knees have taken a beating and in order to push out a total knee replacement as long as I can, I try to take good care of them. So this is the second time I’m having surgery (did the right knee two years ago) for a meniscus repair and cleaning up the kneecap issues.

Not fun, but I was looking forward to getting this done now, rather than in the summer. This way, my recovery time is spent driving cross country and I should be good to go by Spring
