Illuminating topic. Expecting few more sessions with simplified terminology so that Doctors can understand.
Hardly few Doctors makeup their mind to face the Medical Negligence Case in various courts until they attain final eventuality when they done no wrong due to various known reason. This is a sad state. The mindset among younger generation of Doctors have drastically changed from service oriented field after facing or hearing these cases. Now, they set aside their 5 to 10% of their earning , either to face the case headon in courts or for out of court settlement. The patients will have to bear the brunt indirectly. This is one of the reasons for escalation of medical treatment cost at all levels and at all centres. A vicious circle has been set in with no end.
