GREAT WORK DIFF, REALY LIKE YOUR HOME MADE SHEET METAL FOLDER..WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO WATCHING MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS.. SO ITS CHEERS FROM CHILL FROM DOWN UNDER IN AUSTRALIA..
Hi Div one bite at a time and your floor pan are perfect. Watching you with your amazing skills and getting the fabricating done. Lekka boet catch you in the next video. Take care and thanks for the update video.
Excellent progress brother 👍 That short black and white perspective gave it a neat 50's vibe......and you look younger in black and white hahaha !!! Keep up the good work 👍
I was trying to tell you that you forgot to drill one of the plug weld holes but you probably couldn't hear me because the compressor was running.👍🇨🇦 Nice job!
Div it’s looking really nice so far. It’s coming along great. Like your videos. Can’t wait to see more videos for this project. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work sir. Fab on. Weld on. Keep Making. God bless.
Love the music Div! Oh, yes ah, the cutting, templates and welding was ok. I tune in for the Elephant, mouse & tunes! lol. I enjoyed the whole experience! DK, Omaha (Not Frozen Today, but wait until tomorrow. The mouse will wiggle into the house).
I have to agree with Rex , that kind of use what you have & do what you gotta do , needs to be taught in shop classes ! I'm 72 yrs old now but still learning thanks to talent like you Diff !
Thanks Darell! Yes, ALWAYS learning is the way to go. And the availability of just about anything in catalogues has destroyed innovation and common sense...
Take a little bite at a time is something you're been teaching me While I've been watching your Videos . I've got such a bad habit quick and big Your style is the only way to do it not rush bit by bit.🙏
I can imagine that wooden marking gage would wear out pretty quick! My Stanley metal marking gage needs occasional flattening out because even the steel gets worn away after constant rubbing against galvanized sheet metal! That truck sure is coming together nicely!! 😎
I absolutely love your fabrication skills Div, and the end result is always so good! You're an inspiring fella Div, keep up the great content champion 😊
Man yes I believe u do a really good job u really are teaching some real good techniques I always enjoy watching ur great work keep up the awesome videos till next time my friend 👍👍👍
Im a big fan of using recycling for stuff like templates and even making project boxes for electronics, or all sorts of art projects. You can even use them as a gasket in a pinch.
You are doing an amazing job on the flooring dude ! The time lapse makes it look quick and easy but I know that takes a lot of time and I appreciate that! I always look forward to what you will do next on the project. Good Job as always.
Great video Div!!!! Enjoyed it!! Making it look easy!!!! One bite at a time Boet 😃 I will be looking out for the video on the scribe thing you were talking about making also!!
When I was in the US Navy I was a machinist and I made a couple of those marking gauges, 1 for me and 2 for my fellow shop mates. I used a stellite tip for the scratch marker because it's so hard.
I meant to say last time, Diff - with them little hand-held blasters, what media you use really matters - the lighter the media, the better the results you get - the ideal for them is medium or fine grade crushed glass - it works absolute best. That grit you are using is a bit too heavy for the gun. They don't have the chooch/design to accelerate heavier grits fast enough - but they do good accelerating lighter mediums. Faster the medium is accelerated, harder it hits the surface, better the cleaning action. :-) Crushed glass ftw.
Diff, I've been away, but back enjoying your videos. Man I love that I have so many episodes I get to watch without waiting. Awesome vids to chill out too great editing, love your guys style.. cheers
Watching you use the flap disc to remove surface rust, and holding the grinder under its belly like a puppy has me wondering, why ? No doubt you do it for a reason. Thanks as always for the teaching. Today I helped roof a summer house for my neighbour, so no garage time on my current build, but did get a bit of time yesterday.
I used the flap disc because I simply didn't have one of those face off discs handy at the time. As for the puppy grip, I didn't even notice until you mentioned it. No idea why!😄 It worked for me, but each of us will do it their own way. Whatever works

Thanks man. Yes, its something new I'm trying. (At the risk of intense scrutiny of my welding skills... 😆)
I can imagine that wooden marking gage would wear out pretty quick! My Stanley metal marking gage needs occasional flattening out because even the steel gets worn away after constant rubbing against galvanized sheet metal! That truck sure is coming together nicely!! 😎

Get you a big tank and T into your current compressor. I’ve done that a lot over the years to get more air capacity.
Sounds like a plan!

Makes sense what you say. The problem out here is getting hold of the specialized media. So, we work what what we can find...
