I totally love Torino21. This has become my summer fragrance… I have been going through this perfume like crazy. And now it turns out that Torino 22 is getting as much love too (The weather here in Melbourne has been horrible, it’s like we have revisited winter again, which is not a bad thing because each one of these fragrances have had a good run ready for this episode!!) Great to hear from you Mark, hoping you are well my friend
Love you Man. Your way of presenting the perfume, your way of talking (calmness), just perfect. Your videos are so enjoyable and calming. Justin Copeland and you are my two favorurite reviwers.
Just watched this video again and ordered myself a bottle of Encens Suave. I’ve been sampling it and watching videos and decided it really is *that* good. 😉 Thanks, Marcelo!
Great to hear from you Anna and congrats on the new inclusion of Encens Suave...there will be no regrets here! Probably one of the best incense fragrance's out there🧡 Thanks for reaching out💫
Viking is such a MONSTER!! For me, it was absolute love at first sniff. Today, I just ordered Encens Suave and can't wait to get my nose on it because I love incense fragrances!
Great review. I am completely enamored by Royal Tobacco. I’ve seen your review of Torino 22 (sp?) twice and now really want to smell this release from Xerjoff. Thanks as always,
Hi Marcelo, recently I got a sample of Royal Tobacco and it is fantastic and a little unique. I think the combination of frankincense and tobacco here is really well done.Cheers!
Totally agree with you Ali, this is probably one of the most unique tobacco fragrances that I own in my collection. There’s so many different elements at play and yet there is complete harmony between them all. Great to hear from you my friend
@@BBrown-km5mi Great question....but don't know. I haven't tested one against the other (I only have the Parfum) so not sure how they would compare. What I do know is that the parfum is a powerhouse. @@TheNicheFragranceCollector I own a bottle of OSM extrait, & I've smelled the edp, the difference I get to my nose is that the extrait has a slight bit more powderiness, if that makes any sense & it is indeed an absolute powerhouse as well, back in 2019 I was one of the best men in my buddy's wedding & I wore OSM Extrait, that thing lasted & projected like a monster...beautiful stuff
@@BBrown-km5mi Boom! Awesome breakdown...thank you! And it's clear that this beauty is designed for special occasions (like weddings❤) Appreciate you sharing👊🏽
Funny how that it is Nathan. It can work as a summer fragrance but performs so much better (and to my nose, much more suited) to cooler weather🧡 Great to hear from you, thanks for jumping into the conversation
Great to hear from you Hamza… I haven’t yet experienced any of the Louis Vuitton fragrances but can imagine that they would be exceptional. I had a quick look at those two fragrances, and yes I can imagine that the layering of these would be pretty impressive♥️💫
I’m glad you found the channel too Emmett💫 Haven’t had the chance to test out Japon noir as yet, but it sounds like a perfect cool weather fragrance❄️ Thanks for reaching out, appreciate your comments
I’m watching the Encens Sauve part while testing it. It smells extremely pleasent, totally my style. Awesome to hear about the great longevity. I think this will go pretty high into my ‘to buy’ list… 👃⭐️
I was wearing this the other day and was reminded by how glorious, incredible and 'warming' this fragrance is.....I do love the way that you described it @Principemostprincipe, I totally agree with you💫 Thanks for jumping into the conversation; awesome to hear from you
I tested Viking when it first came out and I wasn’t a fan of it. When Viking cologne came out in 2021, I was more interested, but not enough to pull the trigger. I was at my local Bloomingdale’s two days ago and I tested it again, and I said oh man I really dig it. Maybe the fact that I’m getting older it’s making me like it now 🤨...Nice video homie, Marcelo ✊🏽
Totally understand the feeling Juan… i’ve discovered that this is a normal reaction from most men. I’m telling you it’s that clove note! The Beautiful thing is that women really love this fragrance on men. This is my experience with it. And I’ve discovered that other men have encountered the same thing. Classic fougere always works on a man😎💫 Great to hear from you my friend
I love Oud Satin Oud, my wife who is a fragrance/beauty department mgr for Neiman Marcus likes boring “mall scents” and she has access to all of the good stuff that I take advantage of 😂😂I wear what I like for me
This is an absolutely awesome list. I rotate Royal Tobacco, Angel’s Share and Oajan for these occasions. Love OSM and Tobac Rose as well. Also use Viking for a daily driver but you are absolutely correct on the dry down. Hadn’t thought about it for fall but thanks for the new perspective. 🔥
Ordered a bottle of Royal Tobacco yesterday night , It will be my first Amourage , even though its warming up here in GA , I saw a sale at $200 US . Had to pull the trigger
Awesome price on this Angel🎉 This is a robust, powerful fragrance that will project for miles! Awesome as a summer evening fragrance, especially if you're going to be outdoors😎
Great review. I have a different experience with Oud Satin Mood. On my skin, when it hits the drydown, it has a barbershop aroma. It becomes very masculine on me.
Great picks brother Marcelo.. Marcelo=perfection! everything you do is very inspiring everything is balanced the audio the music the fragrances your voice your look everything,I also love "if you like this you need to try this" I think it’s very very important and helpful..thanks for these glorious videos brother Marcelo.
You're too kind Bardissan 🙏🏼 Appreciate the support and I'm so happy that you enjoyed this episode. Thank you my friend. Hoping you and your family are all well 💫❤️
If you like tobacco, this is a very unique interpretation of that familiar note… it will take you by surprise on how different but familiar it is. Always good to hear from you💫👊🏽
Great selection! I own none of those fragrances, but I have purchased radical rose after your video. It was a blind buy 😬, and you, dear sir, know how it feels, but it’s a clear win, and I thank you for the recommendation! Keep up the good stuff!
Phew! I'm glad that Radical Rose hit the mark.....come on man! No blind buying!!! (although it's a thrill! Especially when you come out a winner💫😎) I can see you pulling off Radical Rose without a problem Luke, this would work perfectly on you my friend. Always good to hear from you, hoping you're well mate
Love that you've included some good florals in there. I'm a big fan of dense ambery perfumes, and florals particularly so. Gotta say, Tabac Rose is straight down the middle unisex to my mind. Definitely need a strong personality to pull it off, but I can't see any gender aspect to that. Enjoyed the vid man! Still need to try that Amouage.
Always good to hear from you Edward and the knowledge that you share.… i’ll be curious to hear your thoughts once you’ve had a chance to test out Royal tobacco
I’ve been giving a lot of love to 400 of late. I thought it was time to share the love around😇🧡💫….. but yes Riccardo, 400 is another magical Winter Ambery style Fragrance. Always good to hear from you my friend👊🏽
All great fragrances, minus VIKING. Would definitely go with the Royal Oud. My personal statement beauty is Roja Amber Aoud, simply gorgeous. As always great reviews, be well Marcelo.
Funny I did have Amber Aoud as one of the fragrances in the Scouting for this episode but it didn’t make it into the final seven… It’s clear that I could easily do another episode on this theme as there is a lot of people who are interested in this particular topic. Interesting that you’re not a Vikings fan. I do love Royal Oud but Viking pegged it for this lineup😎⚡️ Always good to hear from you Jae
@@TheNicheFragranceCollector yeah birthday month was last month so was kinda busy. Getting ready to buy a few fragrances for my birthday. Trying to see which I'll get 😁
Funny that Royal Oud is my nr. 1 creed ever and one of the best ever overall. Very beautiful. I love no drydown as much as i love royal ouds drydown. That musky, peppery touched sweetness is so beautiful i cant get enough of it. It truly is addicting marcelo. Nevertheless im getting more and more used to the decant of viking i own and especially compared to royal oud i love it more and more at the moment. I used to dislike the „swesty“ note which i think was the cumin in it but i kind of like it now. Great list and great video marcelo.
I know what you’re saying about Royal Oud…incredible fragrance. After whittling down a large selection for this episode, I was down to 10 fragrances on the table and this was in that 10 (giving you an idea how close it was in to making it into this episode!) But as you’ve discovered, I find that Viking takes a lot more work to fall in love with but once you do this fragrance is next level and totally unique…. as I mentioned in the episode I get more compliments from the women around me when I’m wearing this than most other Creeds. By the way I may have tested a fragrance that you recommended to me… I’ll tell you more in the upcoming Mate Talk😉
@@TheNicheFragranceCollector viking is indeed one of those which you have to fall in love with and the only thing required is time and the courage to take on a challange. Most challanging creed i‘ve smelled and a very good one at that. Viking is def in my top 10 creeds aswell. Oh i see what ur talking about brother 😎 looking forward to that mate talk 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I have been looking like crazy for a creator whom while talking about a fragrance, will suggest others that are similar, in the same family or that you might also like, if you like X perfume. I finally found you! 🙏🏼 Please don’t stop doing that. Also when you review scents, could you propose additional offerings one might like? (In case that you aren’t already doing it).
I got myself a bottle of Royal Tobacco and haven't worn it since. Not as limited use cases as Oud for Greatness, but it's not that far off. I loved it because Amouage as a house doesn't have a pure gourmand fragrance, so at first I was interested in it due to that licorice-dark sweet open that it has. Wouldn't say it's herbal and to me, it's not actually among the best performers from Amouage either - it's fairly middle-of-the-pack in terms of Amouage performance. I do agree that it's a very unique creation, I ranked it #3 in my 2022 releases. I agree with you on Tabac Rose in that it's the blend that really makes it great. But I've smelled it before... and not Tabac Rose, but Lancome's Oud Bouquet. That's also the reason why I don't have BR540 - because girls at the gym wear Ariana Grande's Cloud. It's perfectly unisex to my nose. Encens Suave and fragrances like it, say Carner's Botafumeiro, are challenging wears. Does lean tad masculine, Matiere Premiere has pretty good value also as a niche house, but the scents themselves are somewhat simple at the same time. Oud Satin Mood's sillage to me is higher than Royal Tobacco's. Omni-present - objectively a 10/10 sillage rating. I really don't get any oud in it, entirely a floral amber to my nose. And the infamous Marcelo blind-buy at last. The thing that is wildest to me is people saying Torino22 smells like Baccarat. I just can't wrap my head around that. I actually think it is somewhat similar to T21, but it changes some notes and as a result the main accords go with it. If T21 is a citrusy summer fragrance with some sweetness (i.e. honeyed white floral) then T22 is a fresh (eucalyptus-type) sweet amber. It's not a night-and-day difference. Saffron brings out a different sweetness in T22, and eucalyptus replaces mint. T22 more woody and spices make for a different drydown. I don't really associate much with ambery fragrances, but I was checking accords and apparently 2 of my 3 favorites are classified under ambery, so... Royal Crown's Sultan and Atelier des Ors' Lune Feline Extrait.
Marcelo my man! Great video as always. Man oh man. Tabac Rose is such a beautiful fragrance. I blind bought and it might be the best blind buy of the year for me. In other news. Still haven’t picked up decas. I was headed to maxaroma to grab it today and they finally had Tony Iommi in. Had to grab that one! Been waiting a while for it. But it’s still on my radar and in line to be purchased
There's a saying..."Good, Better, Best" In buying Tony Iommi you actually hit the "Best" in that line up💫⚡️ There is time for the others, but Tony is for right now!! Congrats on the purchase Shawn And yes, you struck gold with Tabac Rose as a blind buy....what an incredible fragrance (big love for this one!) Great to hear from you homie👊🏽
Great video and list ! Of all the samples I tried, the perfume I ordered today, my Christmas present from me to me is sand dance by stephane humbert lucas, I fell in love with this one
I laughed out loud with the Christmas present “from me to me”😂 you always know those presents are going to be winners😎 I haven’t really explored the Stephane Humbert Lucas fragrances that well. That is a mission for 2023! Great to hear from you Eric👊🏽
You don't mention the mint in creed viking which plays an important role in my opinion. You are very right about the non-lineair nature and the cooling and warming notes. My first creed.
I love how we all pick up different aspects on a fragrance. The mint is there for me, but I really feel the clove pops a lot more. Clearly the mint is the one that makes its way forward for you! Yes, this is a wonderfully complex fragrance that works on so many levels, and a classic fragrance for any man to own. Awesome to hear from you @manygaga1, appreciate you jumping into the conversation👊🏽
Hola Marcelo.! Excellent video as usual. I tried Royal tobacco but the basil on the opening was too much for me. Super weird as I love basil but this time i felt I was covered in Pesto ;) Now for the winter.. I have MP Encens Suave (thank you for that Mate Talk recomendation) and MFK Oud Satin Mood and I really love them but my favourite one for the cold Polish winter, I think I'd go with Iron Duke by Beaufort London. I think it is the less "horribly beautiful" from them 😁. I also wear Tom Ford's private blend Tobacco Oud. That was the fragrance that made me go WOW for the first time. My first love. So many others came and also made me go WOW but you never forget your first love they say.. Do you consider the designer's private collections such as TF Private Blend or Dior's La Collection Privée as Niche?.. I got asked that recently and said no... the fact they r expensive does not make them niche in my humble opinion. There are Niche brands that are cheaper, way cheaper than a TF private blend. I'd like to know your thoughts on that . Un abrazo enorme! Ricardo
Hola Ricardo, always good to hear from you and love reading your comments homie👊🏽 I'm so glad that you're enjoying Encens Suave; such an elegant fragrance and I'm yet to test out Iron Duke (I love that you love the Beaufort London's so much!) It's funny that I'm only reading your comments now about the Private Labels from the designer house's....because I filmed yesterday this weeks Mate Talk and I asked the same question😂....I already know your answer! (just quietly, I feel the same way...but will be interested to hear what everyone else is saying) Gracia Hermano🙏🏼 Thank you for reaching out...great to connect with you
Have you tried any Aaron terence hughes fragrances? I have been genuinely impressed by his work lately. If you liked Tom Ford lost cherry 🍒 but wanted something much better and long lasting, Aaron Terence Hughes raw cherry is the answer. Then if you haven't tried Argos Triumph of Bacchus, you need to get your hands on a sample at minimum! It's a masterpiece, peach tobacco scent. Reminds me of Tom ford's tobacco vanille mixed with tom fords bitter peach and made to be a stunning mass appealing but truly unique and exceptional tobacco fragrance. I find it best in class easy!
Great to hear from you Ryan, thanks for all the recommendations! We don’t get Aaron Taryn‘s Hughes fragrances here in Australia, however I was able to get my hands on a tester box…. I did a video on this recently: ruclips.net/video/qKqCsmFfrBY/видео.html Yes big fan of all the Argos fragrances I find that these are beautifully crafted and easy to fall in love with…. I love the way that you described triumph of Bacchus💫 Thanks for jumping into the conversation, Great to connect with you Ryan👊🏾
I haven’t had a chance to test out the Rosendo fragrances as yet. This is one that is on my radar and the next time I am in Europe I’ll make sure to hunt these down It’s good to see that Ahmed has put forward the perfect wish list (thank you Ahmed👊🏽) Good to hear from you Ibraheem🙏🏻
Thank you for the recommendation; this is one of the brands that we don't have yet in Australia....I have heard many great things about the Rania fragrance's but am yet to try any of them. Next time I'm in Europe will have to hunt this one down....great to hear from you @hammothw4814 👊🏽
IMO TABAC ROSE IZ A MASTERPIECE...EYE NEED A GALLON OF IT LOL...ENCENS SUAVE IZ ON MY RADAR...MY SOTD NILUFER BY NILAFAR DU NIL...A CHRIS MAURICE BEAUTY
I love that you are always ahead of the game when it comes to your fragrance collection Julio… I have never heard of Nilafar Du Nil!!! I don’t know how you do it my friend I’m gonna need to check this one out. And yes Tabac rose is a pure masterpiece
Marcelo! Thank you for another extended dance mix of an episode. I do enjoy the longer segments. Creed Viking is an easy reach for me during autumn and winter. Unlike some, I enjoy the clove/pepper notes right out of the gate. The only others I'm familiar with here are Oud Satin Mood, Royal Tobacco and Torino 22 9Rehab by Initio also scratches my tobacco itch from time to time). The remaining mentions sound interesting and I'm sure they are bangers in their own right. I also like what you did with presenting similar/companion scents, excellent idea and gives others a point of reference.
Yo Fred! Good to hear from you Homie, and yes this was a bit of a marathon episode😮💨… As we’re editing this one I wanted to cut back more, but felt that the conversation was still relevant, anyway I have placed chapter markers in case it gets a bit boring you can move onto the next one😬 I still need to give the Initio’s a bit of a test run, I’m not really familiar with these fragrances. And I did think of you when I was lining up Viking in the mix, I know that this is a favorite of yours💫 Good to hear from you Fred
I googled AUM to check out this...these look amazing! We don't have this brand in Australia. I love that they make a small batch per year. You're right in saying that this looks like a House that I would love to explore ❤️ Looks like I need to go to London🤷🏽 Great to hear from you @GaVo
At a guess, I'm going to say that it's Silk Mood, only because this one is a more pronounced Rose/Oud combination....I find that Satin has a very distinct vanilla/caramel vibe to it; which brings a nice change of direction to that classic Rose/Oud scent profile Wonderful to hear from you @SpirithunterBOMB 💫
As a Danish man i would have loved a Creed fragrance bearing the name Viking to smell, strong, intimidating and perhaps also a bit animalic and musky.. Creed Viking is not what i think of when i think of Vikings… it’s uninspiring to me and doesn’t suit the name, i might need to give it some more time though. Great video as always though!
I love that you want Creed to use the name "Viking" in the way that these men and woman would have been in their time....fearless, strong and powerful (a force to be reckoned with!!). As you've noted Benz, this is not that😕 I think that the fragrance is more in reference to the land (fire and ice....warm and cool notes) than with the actual people that populated these lands years ago. I think the fragrance that you want to smell is Terroni by Orto Parisi (this is smokey, woody, musky with slight animalic tones).....this one is in fact in memory to the Italian Southerners (not Vikings, I know but it's an awesome fragrance none the less) ruclips.net/video/JI3Phpq7Qc8/видео.html Wonderful to hear from you Benz👊🏽 thank you for jumping into the conversation

Appreciate you reaching out Parin and yes I hear you! Awesome video Marcelo! You are incredible, when you describe the fragrances! 😅❤️👌🔥 I actually have the MFK Oud Satin Mood Edp in my collection, is stunning, love it. In this list that you have, i wanna buy the Incens Suave or Tabac Rose, but I have the dilemma 😅🤔 You think is better for a man, the Bdk or Mattiere?
Thank you for the encouragement Cristian💫 Of the two I would recommend Tabac Rose… I find that the scent profile of this fragrance is a lot more pleasing to the people around you…. It’s complex but with a familiar tone However if you love incense fragrance and your loved one 🥰does too, then Encens Suave is a masterpiece…. Decisions decisions🤔 Good luck with that my friend👊🏾
Hey Mark, good to hear from you mate. Journey Man is brighter, almost 'pine' like (clean skin), which works well as a summer fragrance. To my nose I find that Royal Tobacco is a lot more herbal (clear basil on the opening) with the liquorice playing a big part. It's also a lot more smokier/incense compared to Journey. Perfect for winter. I haven't tested over heat/summer but already feel that it's not going to work (I feel that it's going to blow my brain)...whereas I can easily wear Journey in Summer 2 very distinct fragrance's Mark....you can easily own both and not feel that you're doubling up Hope that helps💫
I bought OSM after one wear of a single spray at Neiman Marcus. I loved it but find it very challenging to wear now. The oud is too sharp. And I love oud and Rose (Inito OFG and Atomic Rose and Scherzo are absolute favorites in my collection). Any suggestions on what I should layer OSM with to cut the sharpness of the oud? Thanks 🙏🏽
I'm intrigued as to why the Oud note in the fragrance has become 'sharp' for you. I wonder if it's the fragrance or your nose has become sensitive to that note? My only suggestion is to support it with another layer of a floral fragrance that isn't too busy with other notes. A clean rose fragrance would be ideal. 2 that I would recommend that are also incredible as stand alone fragrance's are: Radical Rose by Matiere Premiere: ruclips.net/video/jpO68zrWbd8/видео.html Rose de Mai by Perris Monte Carlo As mentioned, incredible fragrance's to wear but also will work well to support the florals in OSM....good luck @tmonique11 💫🧡
This is the Panerai Luminor Marina… and yes I do love this watch, it is so understated, but at the same time has great presence Great to hear from you, thanks for reaching out👊🏽
This one is the parfum, I haven’t tried the extrait yet…. but yes I too would interested in the difference between the two. I find that Francis creates different fragrances between the parfum and extraits; so my guess would be that they would be two unique Perfumes Great to hear from you Jack
How do perfumers tell part of the frankincense to come out as the head and another part as the heart? The liquid is all mixed. I do not understand how people can discuss this in all seriousness, even though I too collect and love perfume. My Pas Ce Soir the sprayer broke😢. I don't know what to do..
Really love your question Sibyl and it's a question that I have asked myself....because it's all chemistry and molecules, how do you tell the bigger (frankincense) molecule to 'cool it' and not be so strong compared to it's compatriots???!! I'm going to raise this question in Mate Talk....as I might have an answer for this😉 Always good to hear from you my friend (and sorry to hear that the sprayer broke😩....could you take it back to the retailer? Maybe they could replace it 🤞🏽)
Whoa! This is actually a really tough question Vince! I have a few big love in this area. I did this line up, if you're interested: ruclips.net/video/TVYzhUhTxA8/видео.html Maybe there's an answer in here for you😇 Great to hear from you @vincenthusvh

Hmmm, tough call Manos. I would say both as they're both winners. But I know you want me to choose...so Naxos (as I've worn this one longer and have many reference's of when I've worn this and the positive response I get) This one is universally loved. It has awesome projection and the scent will never get old (in my humble opinion😬) Good luck Manos!! Great to hear from you
Thanks! Just getting into the world of fragrances and resisting the urge to order 101 samples. Have narrowed the list down dramatically but might add this 22 to the list based on your review. Cheers
Congrats on getting samples… It’s always good to test out the fragrances and see how they perform on you (body chemistry is a real thing and needs to be factored into each of these fragrances) Once you get a chance to receive your samples I would be curious to know your thoughts and stand out winners. @@TheNicheFragranceCollector hi there - I went a little too far down the rabbit hole and ended up with Naxos, 40 Knots, T21 and T21. I was also gifted YSL Tuxedo and Dior Ambre Nuit (seems similar to 40 Knots but with rose) and have a near endless supply of Le Gemme Men Tyger from Bvlgari through work. Needless to say I now have no idea what my daily winter driver should be. Would you say T22 works? Talking about office, coffee shops, casual / semi formal environments, etc. Naxos also feels somewhat within that category. Can be formal, if you want it to be, but doesn’t have to.

Clearly this is a mission for future episodes!! Thanks for reaching out; sorry that I couldn't help out (yet)😬
And it's clear that this beauty is designed for special occasions (like weddings❤)
Appreciate you sharing👊🏽
10000% agree with you on Viking. Works great in Summer but is just something else in the winter.
Funny how that it is Nathan. It can work as a summer fragrance but performs so much better (and to my nose, much more suited) to cooler weather🧡
Great to hear from you, thanks for jumping into the conversation
Hi thank you for this great list MSOTD was a layering between louis vuitton ombre nomade&les sables roses and honestly its a superb combo
Great to hear from you Hamza… I haven’t yet experienced any of the Louis Vuitton fragrances but can imagine that they would be exceptional.
I had a quick look at those two fragrances, and yes I can imagine that the layering of these would be pretty impressive♥️💫
Glad I found this channel, really enjoyed this video. Rocking Japon Noir today for the frosty weather in Ireland.
I’m glad you found the channel too Emmett💫
Haven’t had the chance to test out Japon noir as yet, but it sounds like a perfect cool weather fragrance❄️
Thanks for reaching out, appreciate your comments
My go to for winter are Xerjoff Naxos, PDM Herod & Carlisle, and Initio’s OFG.
All incredibly awesome🥰
Fantastic job gathering some of the best in the niche market!
Thank you🧡 awesome to hear from you @TheEaglelover
I’m watching the Encens Sauve part while testing it. It smells extremely pleasent, totally my style. Awesome to hear about the great longevity. I think this will go pretty high into my ‘to buy’ list… 👃⭐️
Great list. Encens suave is imo best sweet amber on the market. Longevity and projection on me are beast mode
I was wearing this the other day and was reminded by how glorious, incredible and 'warming' this fragrance is.....I do love the way that you described it @Principemostprincipe, I totally agree with you💫

Thank you Cristian, appreciate the support. Happy that this episode hit the mark💫
Classic fougere always works on a man😎💫
Great to hear from you my friend
Our Satin Mood is my absolutely favorite Frangance
Yep, I totally understand why🧡🤎💫
Hi Marcelo I'm glad you talking about BDK tabac rose, try BDK ambre safrano by same perfumer Julien Rasquinet 🔥
Great to hear from you Cyril and yes, Julien Rasquinet is an incredibly talented perfumer...so many beautiful fragrance's to his name❤️
i like the sound of that tabac rose, will get a sample of that one, i do liker ambery fragrances, thankyou Marcelo
Thx Adz👊🏾
Great review. I have a different experience with Oud Satin Mood. On my skin, when it hits the drydown, it has a barbershop aroma. It becomes very masculine on me.
Good video, I will try a sample of the Amouage scent
Great to hear from you Bruce, yes strongly recommend royal tobacco really amazing fragrance🤎
Great picks brother Marcelo..
Especially when you come out a winner💫😎)
I can see you pulling off Radical Rose without a problem Luke, this would work perfectly on you my friend.

Marcelo, I just subscribed, great video brother. Keep making great content!!
A massive THANK YOU @chaseoner👊🏽 Greatly appreciate the support and so happy that you enjoyed this episode💫 Thanks for reaching out!
I need to try Royal Tobacco because I watched some great reviews about it. Also Cecile Zarokiene one of my favourites parfumeur
Great video! At the beginning I thought you would put Xerjoff 400!
I do love Royal Oud but Viking pegged it for this lineup😎⚡️
Always good to hear from you Jae

After whittling down a large selection for this episode, I was down to 10 fragrances on the table and this was in that 10 (giving you an idea how close it was in to making it into this episode!)
But as you’ve discovered, I find that Viking takes a lot more work to fall in love with but once you do this fragrance is next level and totally unique…. as I mentioned in the episode I get more compliments from the women around me when I’m wearing this than most other Creeds.
Please don’t stop doing that.
Why do you not wear Royal Tobacco ? I think its the best tobacco and very very good. I find it much better than Herod
Congrats on the purchase Shawn
And yes, you struck gold with Tabac Rose as a blind buy....what an incredible fragrance (big love for this one!)
Great to hear from you homie👊🏽
@The Niche Fragrance Collector Tony Iommi came in yesterday. Man oh man!!!! Instant love. Definitely worth the blind buy.
Great video and list ! Of all the samples I tried, the perfume I ordered today, my Christmas present from me to me is sand dance by stephane humbert lucas, I fell in love with this one

13:38 Yup youre right! The king of Tobacco!😂
Powerful and Strong💥💪🏽
Super weird as I love basil but this time i felt I was covered in Pesto ;)
Now for the winter..
Ricardo
Hola Ricardo, always good to hear from you and love reading your comments homie👊🏽
I'm so glad that you're enjoying Encens Suave; such an elegant fragrance and I'm yet to test out Iron Duke (I love that you love the Beaufort London's so much!)
It's funny that I'm only reading your comments now about the Private Labels from the designer house's....because I filmed yesterday this weeks Mate Talk and I asked the same question😂....I already know your answer! (just quietly, I feel the same way...but will be interested to hear what everyone else is saying)
Gracia Hermano🙏🏼 Thank you for reaching out...great to connect with you
Have you tried any Aaron terence hughes fragrances?
I did a video on this recently: ruclips.net/video/qKqCsmFfrBY/видео.html

Yep 100%! This is one that I’m looking forward to reviewing 💫
Yo Fred! Good to hear from you Homie, and yes this was a bit of a marathon episode😮💨…
As we’re editing this one I wanted to cut back more, but felt that the conversation was still relevant, anyway I have placed chapter markers in case it gets a bit boring you can move onto the next one😬
I still need to give the Initio’s a bit of a test run, I’m not really familiar with these fragrances.
And I did think of you when I was lining up Viking in the mix, I know that this is a favorite of yours💫
Good to hear from you Fred
You need to try AUM fragrances...trust me when i say that you'll like them.
I googled AUM to check out this...these look amazing! We don't have this brand in Australia. I love that they make a small batch per year. You're right in saying that this looks like a House that I would love to explore ❤️
Looks like I need to go to London🤷🏽
Great to hear from you @GaVo
Oud satin mood or oud silk mood. I forgot which one it was but one of them reminded me of Fars from Xerjoff
At a guess, I'm going to say that it's Silk Mood, only because this one is a more pronounced Rose/Oud combination....I find that Satin has a very distinct vanilla/caramel vibe to it; which brings a nice change of direction to that classic Rose/Oud scent profile
Wonderful to hear from you @SpirithunterBOMB 💫
I like your video 🌹👌
Thank you Sir💫 Wonderful to hear from you Mehran👊🏽
As a Danish man i would have loved a Creed fragrance bearing the name Viking to smell, strong, intimidating and perhaps also a bit animalic and musky.. Creed Viking is not what i think of when i think of Vikings… it’s uninspiring to me and doesn’t suit the name, i might need to give it some more time though.
Great video as always though!
I love that you want Creed to use the name "Viking" in the way that these men and woman would have been in their time....fearless, strong and powerful (a force to be reckoned with!!). As you've noted Benz, this is not that😕
I think that the fragrance is more in reference to the land (fire and ice....warm and cool notes) than with the actual people that populated these lands years ago.
I think the fragrance that you want to smell is Terroni by Orto Parisi (this is smokey, woody, musky with slight animalic tones).....this one is in fact in memory to the Italian Southerners (not Vikings, I know but it's an awesome fragrance none the less) ruclips.net/video/JI3Phpq7Qc8/видео.html

I actually have the MFK Oud Satin Mood Edp in my collection, is stunning, love it.
In this list that you have, i wanna buy the Incens Suave or Tabac Rose, but I have the dilemma 😅🤔
You think is better for a man, the Bdk or Mattiere?
Thank you for the encouragement Cristian💫
Of the two I would recommend Tabac Rose… I find that the scent profile of this fragrance is a lot more pleasing to the people around you…. It’s complex but with a familiar tone
However if you love incense fragrance and your loved one 🥰does too, then Encens Suave is a masterpiece….
Decisions decisions🤔
Good luck with that my friend👊🏾
@@TheNicheFragranceCollector tnx so much 🙏
I love my tobacco frags too 👍 How do you feel Royal Tobacco compares to Journey Man Marcelo?
Hey Mark, good to hear from you mate. Journey Man is brighter, almost 'pine' like (clean skin), which works well as a summer fragrance.
To my nose I find that Royal Tobacco is a lot more herbal (clear basil on the opening) with the liquorice playing a big part. It's also a lot more smokier/incense compared to Journey. Perfect for winter. I haven't tested over heat/summer but already feel that it's not going to work (I feel that it's going to blow my brain)...whereas I can easily wear Journey in Summer
2 very distinct fragrance's Mark....you can easily own both and not feel that you're doubling up
Hope that helps💫
2 that I would recommend that are also incredible as stand alone fragrance's are:
Radical Rose by Matiere Premiere: ruclips.net/video/jpO68zrWbd8/видео.html
Rose de Mai by Perris Monte Carlo
As mentioned, incredible fragrance's to wear but also will work well to support the florals in OSM....good luck @tmonique11 💫🧡
What kind of watch are you wearing? I like it….💯
This is the Panerai Luminor Marina… and yes I do love this watch, it is so understated, but at the same time has great presence
Great to hear from you, thanks for reaching out👊🏽
Is it the extrait of oud satin mood? Would love to listen to you compare both of oud satin mood and both of the oud silk mood!
This one is the parfum, I haven’t tried the extrait yet…. but yes I too would interested in the difference between the two. I find that Francis creates different fragrances between the parfum and extraits; so my guess would be that they would be two unique Perfumes
Great to hear from you Jack
How do perfumers tell part of the frankincense to come out as the head and another part as the heart? The liquid is all mixed. I do not understand how people can discuss this in all seriousness, even though I too collect and love perfume.
My Pas Ce Soir the sprayer broke😢. I don't know what to do..
Really love your question Sibyl and it's a question that I have asked myself....because it's all chemistry and molecules, how do you tell the bigger (frankincense) molecule to 'cool it' and not be so strong compared to it's compatriots???!!
I'm going to raise this question in Mate Talk....as I might have an answer for this😉
Always good to hear from you my friend (and sorry to hear that the sprayer broke😩....could you take it back to the retailer? Maybe they could replace it 🤞🏽)
What do you consider to be the best tobacco fragrances Marcello?
Whoa! This is actually a really tough question Vince! I have a few big love in this area. I did this line up, if you're interested: ruclips.net/video/TVYzhUhTxA8/видео.html
Maybe there's an answer in here for you😇

Welcome Vince💫 happy that I was able to help and really happy that both of these are winners for you 🥰
Wishing you the best for 2023🥳
Thoughts on the Torino 22 vs Naxos for a signature scent?
Hmmm, tough call Manos. I would say both as they're both winners. But I know you want me to choose...so Naxos (as I've worn this one longer and have many reference's of when I've worn this and the positive response I get)
This one is universally loved. It has awesome projection and the scent will never get old (in my humble opinion😬)
Good luck Manos!! Great to hear from you
Thanks! Just getting into the world of fragrances and resisting the urge to order 101 samples. Have narrowed the list down dramatically but might add this 22 to the list based on your review. Cheers
Congrats on getting samples… It’s always good to test out the fragrances and see how they perform on you (body chemistry is a real thing and needs to be factored into each of these fragrances)
Once you get a chance to receive your samples I would be curious to know your thoughts and stand out winners.
Good luck with this Manos👊🏾
Love Viking but it isn’t really an Amber fragrance?
Yep, I agree with you....I was stretching a long bow on this one😬 I just wanted to add this as a beautiful 'winter' fragrance; was being a bit cheeky🙄

@@TheNicheFragranceCollector i mean from all the fragances that you recommend and the storys behaind them you dont need to feel that way ahahahaha
I really really hope some day to hear your opinion on them !! :D
Thanks Rodrigo🙏🏼 appreciate the kind words. But yes this is one that is on my radar and promise that I will do a review in due course💫⚡️
Hoping you’re well my friend and gearing up for a beautiful Christmas with your family
Would you consider doing a review on Woods Symphony and Reckless Leather by Amouage if you have them
I did test both of these fragrances, and really love them. But they’re not currently in my collection.
Of the two I remember that Woods Symphony really impressed me… What are your thoughts?
@@TheNicheFragranceCollector yea I love them all and actually pretty different I’d like a review on Rose Incense and the new one KING BLUE.
Love your videos btw
