    This video explains very well on what type of Uniqlo shirt to wear especially in that tropical and humid environment. ❤

      @@subtlesartorialist thank you for showing your POV and recommendations since I wear Uniqlo shirts on casual days, I guess the price for the Supima and Airism shirts are worth it since those shirt are gonna be worn frequently for me😄

    I now use airism cotton tshirt (not the oversize one but the one you buy in cardboard packaging). It fits actually almost exactly the same as supima but with airism fabric. I would highly recommend it for those who like the regular/slimish fit of the supima tshirt.

      I got that too! great as loungewear but loses its shape after a few months

      @sooovann8908 Год назад +1

      @@subtlesartorialist Mine have kept their shape for now (fingers crossed they still do in the future). For now, they are my favorite summer t-shirts at Uniqlo; some kind of Supima/Airism hybrid which I like. The oversize U Airism t-shirts come at a close second place.

    • @franklee8032
      @franklee8032 Год назад +1

      The regular airism just loses its shape too quickly in the washer to be worth it

    • @sooovann8908
      @sooovann8908 Год назад

      @@franklee8032 I'm not talking about the regular airism with the technical fabric but the airism cotton variant, a polyester/cotton blend. I've had them for a month now, wearing them daily and they haven't lost their shape (yet).

      @@subtlesartorialist Yeah t-shirts are a must have for everyone and I find that most just say "the fabrics nice" which is way too simplistic. Your way of giving real life examples and tests is super good.
      Helped me decide to buy the airism t-shirts. So I have four on the way to try.

    The best one for tropical weather is the Dry-Ex Light model 341 467544 or 12344N142C (made of finer 100% polyester thread - no trace of nylon - than the standard Dry-Ex line-up). Since they are a bit translucent and others can see thru the fabric, better to size up and not wear tightly. Best in light color such as light grey. Aerism is disastrous for very humid weather.

      @subtlesartorialist more than translucent what I mean is that u can sense what is underneath. Body hair, fatty rings or sculpted muscles could be perceived and nipples will protrude.
