@@wes7484 there are only a few that’s actually historical. I don’t have a focused video discussing them but I have touched on all of them pretty much as I played each let’s play. It does give me a great video idea so maybe in the future

As you pointed out, I'm part of the gang who lives in a country who can't really pay. Even if I could afford it being a student ,as an iranian there is no paying option for me😅
But I just wanted to let you know that your channel is by far my most watched on RUclips. Your content specialy the let's talk lore series are what I look up to everyday. And hearing that despite having a job u still put in the hard work for this channel really inspires me.
I've even started learning manderian as a hobby after how much I got into Chinese history😅

I certainly come here for the history. While I know the broad strokes of Romance OT3K through gaming and shows, I've never managed to find a channel to cover it in detail, much less cover the Records of the Three Kingdoms in a very entertaining way. I like the other games coverage too, though I don't watch all of it since there are some games that don't interest me. I'll certainly enjoy stuff beyond 3K.
You do have a very soothing voice. 👀
And frankly speaking, imho you deserve all the recognition of the Total War world for keeping the Total War Three Kingdom content up. That game is still a gem worth talking about, even with all the issues, problems, etc... Learning more about the period is a good bonus for me too.
Respect the honesty. Love your 3K playthroughs following history. Got big into romance and records after dynasty warriors 1 and 3 and read the novels, watched all sorts of videos and that slapper of a series. Please keep up the content, I really liked the Kong Rong approach to play differently. It was very refreshing.

Really enjoy ur videos on 3K and Lore. Not many people discussing the history of China. I love my history and became fascinated with China after visiting Suzhou and Shanghai in 2008. Suzhou in particular was amazing, the old town fortifications and the gardens but only since 3K became aware of this period. Picked up a few centuries worth of coinage as a souvenir. Thank you for ur content.

first i come to your channel because i buy total war three kingdom. after watch some other youtuber, i found your channel is the most entertaining channel for me. i love the combination of gameplay and some lore inside. i almost watch all your lets play game and tournament videos. love them all. i hope this channel keep growing and become larger. i last i hope a good health and wealth for serious trivia :)

This idea is very solid. Unless it becomes a problem for you after the "promotion" period, I believe having a support option that is less than the $5 tier on Patreon is an useful addition.
You can support less than the suggested tiers on patreon as well. The tiers are just guidelines. I intend to shut down memberships after the promotion

Wait you work in finance and release like 5 videos a day at some points. Absolutely mind blowing can remember I was at a client during that point and was struggling to watch 5 videos in a day never mind record and upload them. Bravo and best of luck to shafting Google.

The youtube membership didn't even cost me 1 dollar lol, its like 50 cents in my country's money even after tax. Congrats for exploiting youtube lol. Sadly i can't use patreon because my country still banned it for some reason. Maybe when i move out to college outside my country i can donate through patreon when i have spare cash. Hey - I noticed you mentioned you work in finance. Not sure if this applies to you/your firm, but you might have to declare this income you get as outside business/investing activities (or something to that effect). basically any income not derived from your firm, may need to be disclosed to the firm for regulatory purposes. This is a separate thing from the IRS. Recommend checking with your HR group.
Oh no worries, the RUclips income is the least complex part of my tax return lol

I mean, the employing firm may or may not require you to disclose outside of the firm income and outside the firm business activities (which RUclips income may fall under). Absolutely nothing to do with taxes. It may be firm policy/regulation, depending on the firm. Just letting you know b/c I am well aware of that policy haha.
More than happy to oblige, from one history emerged finance guy to another. I do, however, suspect that ’work in finance’ means mainly proprietary trading for ST given your comments around tax return being a hassle 🤓

It’s okay! Like I said, I fortunately to have a job that pays well where income from the channel doesn’t impact my lifestyle. Patreon also have a fair system and it also feels weird to be just giving people PayPal and Vemno accounts to ask for cash basically

Im not interested in memberships, and here is why. I pay too much as it is for premium so that i can avoid ads. These days, content creators have resorted to ad reads for additional income, and this is annoying because it circumvents my avoidance efforts, but it is what it is. Then, along come memberships. I feel like it's just another squeeze for even more money by the creators i thought i wanted to watch. If i find content worth my money/support, I'll go to patreon if i just feel absolutely inclined. Ive been unsubbing from everyone on my list that puts up members only content.
I bought TW3K and quit after 1 hour of gameplay. This channel inspire me to pick it back up and now it's one of my favorite games. Love the channel and all the videos you make. Keep it up ST!
