The president should be hold accountable if the governed are not utilizing the money properly. First the subside remover money should have been used to reinstall our Refinary but they are not talking about that becos the only want to steal crude. Mind you the crude has never stop flowing but the production of fuel and other products could not be achieved in nigeria… think about it
