People are wrongly analyzing the point Agbakuba made, which is to clear the mistake that give those 16 States power to take on EFCC. So he said the Act that established EFCC is not legal and that make EFCC unlawful Institution. Now he wrote to the National Assembly to correct the mistake and legitimize it authority so it can be strong, efficient and effective or place it under Police Force. It needed a full legal backing to its powers to stand and operate as independent organization because for now EFCC is seen as instrument used by the Federal to deal with whoever that opposed or against them
