a lot of times it is a old caboose modified into a plow... this one seems to be a custom job... in another vid of the same plow train, I saw a slightly different plow.
Great find! I've driven that stretch of I-70 dozens and dozens of times in the past 17 years and I think I've seen a train actually on the move only once on that entire stretch. Otherwise, it's just the stored cars. For a long time I thought it was abandoned as some of the searchlight signal heads are turned away (i.e. at Genoa) but the old crossing signals still appeared to be in-use. Never seen any of them activated though.

well hes obviously using zoom and when your zoomed in it makes the movements more drastic.
