I have to admit that I never listened to Anthrax growing up. Last night was the first time I ever heard a song of theirs and was blown away. Great stage presence and Jonathan Donais kicked Axe! I went there to see A7X but was pleasantly surprised by Anthrax. Would definitely go see them live! Oh, and A7X was amazing, as usual.

Anthrax is awesome! Seen them twice - once with John Bush, once with Joey - both were really good. Definitely worth seeing - one of the best live bands, I've ever seen.
I saw them at their first show when they regrouped. Early 2000s, Harpo's in Detroit.
It was supposed to have been Joey, Danny, Scott, Frankie and Charlie but I think one held out and didn't rejoin.

Listen to Bush on Greater of Two Evils and then listen to Joey on the original recordings, Joey can't hold a candle to Bush, even on songs that Joey wrote.

The soundmix here is not very kind
You can't hear the bass as well as the Hammond organ, (Their mix is only 50 percent audible.) Just the guitars, drums, vocals and piano. They are well done.
Instrumentally it was good but that lead vocal was brutal
