Excellent progressive training techniques. Ill be interested to see where their climbing careers go with that training. Looks like a lot of fun and I am glad to see them having so much fun training so hard. You guys look great. Wish I had that in the nineties when I climbed.

Особенно понравились их перекатывания в начале видео и две висящие в воздухе деревяшки.

1:23 this is the type of stregth needed to do what i did today ive benn doing only steap roofing today layer of ice bringin down a bundle holding it with my knee climbing backward on the rope with thick globes on and ice rope. Mad grip.
