About Zareef Sein:
Zareef Sein is part of Malaysia’s newest breed of talented vocalists. Discovered through a local reality singing competition, Zareef actually showed glimpses of his love for music from very young. Since the tender age of 13, he braved countless karaoke sessions to entertain his mother’s friends by performing their favourite tunes. Intent on becoming a world class performing artist, Zareef has since put in the hours to improve his vocal ability as well as further understand his tone and voice. In the year 2018, he was scouted by a local label to join an all-male vocal group called OUTBREAK. He then took it a notch further when he forayed into songwriting and wrote the group’s debut single called “TERIMA” which was released in December 2019. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Psychology, this very bright, outgoing and creative young man has decided to embark on a solo career and continues his passion in singing and songwriting. Musically inspired by the likes of Ariana Grande, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Sam Smith, Dua Lipa, Shawn Mendes and Justin Bieber, it is no surprise that his favorite music genres are pop, ballads and R&B. All ready for the future, Zareef Sein will soon be a name to watch in the Malaysian music scene.
