About 200 years ago, I flew over to Orlando to take part (as a visitor) in one of the 'Photoshop Guys' (Now Kelby 1) conventions at the huge convention centre in Orlando. There was a massive trade floor plus classes by all sorts of leading photographers, photoshop people. Really impressive. I'm sure if you got together with all the Dylans, Jen, Kevin, Rafael and everyone else, you could probably do something similar. The Orlando event (and I think one in New York) took place yearly. (and might still happen) was all driven by Scott Kelby. Not sure if Mr Kelby still runs the live events but hundreds, if not thousands, of people attended. I'm sure a similar event would work well for you all. I'd come or you could hold it in Scotland!!!

That's the hope! Managed to do it all in Apple Motion! I was fully expecting to need to pull out After Effects, but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to do in Motion.

Pretty cool edit! Is it possible that motion vfx to do a upgrade on mroto AI to improve the hair cut of on doing the rotoscopy process?
That’s definitely a question I have no idea on! But maybe MotionVFX has the answer to that.
I will say, seeing how hard they work, I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s in the works at some point.

Where does DVResolve hold their events? Because if FCP doesn't wake up and start giving us updates, they're going to lose more customers
Resolve has a lot of conventions all over the world! They have an amazing community.
I’d say if you’re not happy with the way FCP is going, then you may want to jump to Resolve! It’s amazing software with an incredible community.
But I just have such a deep love for FCP. It allows me to cut so much more fluidly than any other editing software. Sure, it might not have the latest and greatest features. But it’s the only place I go that makes me still love editing.
If you’re not feeling creatively inspired in FCP, then maybe it’s not the right tool for you! But it’s exactly the tool I need to tell my stories.
