Host file contains DNS entries to resolve locally. Just for this demo I used it.

what backup options I have to choose if I want AD and GPO need to backup. such as bare metal or system state or system reserved..??

Either you can choose full server backup or custom backup where you can select required files or folder. It depends on your organisation requirement.
