The best Version is the live Band Version in Studio 28, after a soft rehearsal to get the timing right, Dave lamar Mori's husband filmed it with multiple cameras and edited the film together, but the vocals was ONE TAKE, now the song is about breaking up, the first part is the disbelief, trying to understand, the second part is she is becoming angry and not sure what to do, then the third part, she knows there's no chance of staying together, knowing it's over and letting go, man I love Mori, she has two collaborations and a solo, that are again superb, there's the collab with Gary Gould from Australia and then a wedding song in Tagalog and with English captions, then a song from Mori called WISHING WELL, sorry the titles of the other two Songs I can not remember, I'm too tired 3am so good night or should I say good morning,😴😴😴

Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw which means 'I Want To Let Go' ...it was originally recorded by another Filipino artist : Sheryn Regis. The song shows the deep angst, frustration and sadness of a relationship gone bad, depressingly toxic. As much as one wanted to save it, it just has reached its end. So in the end, the choice was eventually to let go, to love oneself for now before embarking on a new one in the future.

She was really sick when she performed this song in the Wish Bus. You can really tell it to her vocal tone here. But man, it's like she's unstoppable. It's like no colds, cough, or fever that could stop her. She slayed the song with this rendition; and the adlibs? Spot on. It's still tasteful.

Too bad you guys didn't do her live band version, standing up. She reached higher notes and her belting was literally all-out.
Not many long A sounds in Tagalog. So not Nang (like Tang) becomes Nang (like naw ng). I also heard that she had recently had steroid treatments on her vocal folds too, as well as being sick. Mori tends to do this to herself. Hopefully Dave will help her take care of herself. There is NO ONE BETTER ON THIS PLANET than MORISSETTE for singing any song.

The song is all about toxic relationship that she wants to give up.
The Wish-Bus version of this song is actually not the best performance, as this was at the end of an exhausting tour and her voice is somewhat fatigued. The „Live version with band“ is even more impressive!
