Good, now I know I’m not crazy! I’m having the same issue with my table saw as well. It’s pushed more to the right so it binds up the cutting piece towards the end so it’s not square anymore.
That is a problem! the easiest way to adjust the warrior is to add shims, which is a pain, you can use a cut up soda can for shims, and a lot of trial and error, the admiral saw that is same size has a detachable riving knife that is a lot easier to adjust, I have both and once they are tuned, they perform the same, I had to 3d print custom miter rails for both - if you call HF they will tell you there is no way to adjust the riving knife, but you can use shims - I posted a video on adjusting the warrior say, you might find it interesting, thanks for subscribing!
you will need to provide more information, how is the blade too high to cut a 1x4? do you mean the riving knife is too high? if the riving knife is keeping you from cutting a board (assuming you are ripping a board) then the riving knife is most likely not lined up with the blade and needs adjusted, you can use the info the in video to adjust the riving knife it does not always fully seat in the lock is the most common problem - I am assuming a lot, as Im not sure I understand you question - thanks for subscribing!
surprised that most seem to come ok, but a few don't, it is a manufacturing defect, I would expect all to be the same - The admiral has a lot of adjustment options, the warrior does not seem to be as easy to adjust - maybe china has the monday/friday syndrome also - thanks for subscribing!
