    🧂Ingredients
    - 1 egg
    - 30g sugar
    - 4g dry yeast
    - 200g strong wheat flour
    - 4g seasoned salt
    - 100ml warm water
    - sausage
    - mozzarella cheese
    - cooking oil
    - breadcrumbs

    🧁Recipe
    1. Beat dry yeast, eggs, and sugar in a bowl well.
    2. Add flour, salt and warm water and knead evenly.
    3. Let the dough ferment for 30 minutes to 1 hour in a warm place at 30-40 degrees.
    4. Cut the potatoes into 0.7cm cubes
    5. Boil the potatoes in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then cool them.
    6. Coat potatoes with 1T of potato starch.
    7. Put the sausage and cheese on the skewers.
    8. Coat the sausage with the fermented dough.
    9. Coat the dough with breadcrumbs and boiled potatoes
    10. Fry the hot dog well in oil preheated to 160 degrees.
