Required ingredients
Cabbage
Water for boiling.
For the filling:
Minced meat (100 gr).
2 onions (grated).
2 cups of rice (300 gr).
Half a cup of bulgur (80 gr).
3 tablespoons tomato paste (75 gr).
1 cup olive oil (200 ml).
7-8 sprigs parsley.
Mint, red pepper, black pepper, cumin (2 gr).
Salt.
