Does APA require reporting of the testing of Assumptions such as Normality, Independence of Errors, Multicollinearity etc.?

I believe that APA does not so much REQUIRE but strongly RECOMMENDS the reporting of assumptions testing. I still see journal articles without them, but I would recommend including them, as well. It shows that you know what you are doing and it promotes replicability.
