About the interaction bit: I found the point you made about how an active chat draws in more activity, and a dead chat encouraging lurking to be interesting. Speaking as someone who is not a streamer but is a viewer (of both VTubers and other streamers, but mostly the former), I find that if the chat is moving too fast, I'm a lot more likely to just not bother chatting and leave the stream going in the background to listen to while I do other things. I tab back into the stream to watch if I happen to hear something that grabs my attention. On the other hand, if the chat is slow, I talk in the chat more (which has the side effect of keeping me focused on the stream instead of multitasking) since my messages aren't getting instantly eaten and the streamer may be able to occasionally (or often) respond to said messages.

After a certain popularity chat is too fast, so the vtuber will catch only messages either from VIPs or those which involve money, stuff like superchats and dono messages.

Some people seem to think they're only at a professional level simply because they chucked money in there. While there's plenty of succesful Vtubers who are using a free rig. i have made my own VRoid Models for streaming some things,but for me using my VRoid Model for my youtube is more like a hobby that i have kept to myself a while,and not a thing to gain money from,but if i do end up getting money for using my VRoid model on youtube,then that certainly would be a miracle,but like i said for me it's just a lil hobby to have fun with.

Sorry for typos and about the debut thing.It depends on you.You can start in zero but as long as it grows it would be fun and you can celebrate it by debuting with an upgrade whatever you want.
