A little power wash, touch up paint and clean/seal the shaker shingles. What an adorable little home! Now that we can see it!

This is such a lovely house. Hopefully some shrubs will be planted and the wood stained and sealed. It's a charming house in a charming older neighborhood. Great job on the clean-up. Now it's like a blank canvas that needs a little tlc.

Now that is looking so much better, doesn't feel like it's being choked out by the brush and scraggly trees and vines, it's been a few years since it's looked this good, a tool you may want to get sometime down the road is a folding limb saw so you don't have to use the chainsaw as much, and it can get into tighter spots, it has self cleaning teeth and pretty much cuts whatever you want, I got mine at Tractor Supply, less than a 20 dollar bill

Excellent work removing the dead trees and bushes. The house is pretty. It was concealed by the dead bushes. The side fence in the front was very creative.

Maybe my favorite channel because each yard is a dump and unique. You do an incredible job every time. You truly are a perfectionist. We love that. Some lawn care channels try to go so fast to impress but with sloppy results. You do it all so carefully.

This was really good work. I had thought to take out the weed trees but if the shrubs had reached the end of their life span, cutting them out was viable. It also has a lot to do with "refinding the house". Enjoyed seeing the hardy rose still blooming on the side yard trellis.

The improvement is well worth the watch. Ya done real good and that has to be one happy homeowner. She can now have nice flowers in that front bed that come up year after year. Easy care plants with mulch will keep it looking good longer without constant work. Your a good man Josh. Hope she has family close enough that are willing to help her.

I'm laughing, as I too wouldn't push the start button on the computer. I swore I'd blow it up, lol!
Then my teenage daughter showed me how to turn on then use the computer, one slow step at a time and now I can do almost anything. That was in1995 lol. In two years she taught me enough so I could teach myself the rest.

My wife could not believe I started a channel knowing I'm very shy in front of a camera, and being computer illiterate, still have no idea how to get stuff from phone to computer, i do all this from a phone that has no service, and she was kind of pissed till I showed her how many views its getting and other mowing channels, she could not believe millions of people watch people mowing grass, I still can't believe some of the random stuff on youtube that gets crazy amounts. Now she doesn't want me to stop. I was almost at a 1k subs before I told her about it. Have a good day flowerpower.

I love stone uses. Hoping your great job of getting all the junk cut out will inspire them to do some pretty landscaping in the beds along the house. The gloves are a " nice touch" and she was very thoughtful to give them to you. I'm worn out from watching you work so headed to prop my feet up and relax lol
I think she just didn't want the virus, she let me keep them right after covid started.
