I have had the same one - 11S Max - for over 2 years and highly recommend it. It works great, and is shorter than others, so it gets under all the furniture. One sofa was too low, and I just put the 4 feet on some cheap plastic risers. We have a pit bull in the house, and it easily deals with the hair. {I don't know however if a long-haired pet might be more of a challenge). Eufy has proven to have great customer service too, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more of their stuff. Thanks for the video.
Hey man, I really need some help with this one! I'm looking to see if I can move the vacuum with the remote..without the suction being on! I'm trying to make a moving stuffed animal out of one of these. If you can answer, thanks!
Hey there is no way to turn of the suction, and make it move , the suction will always be on when moving, but you can change to regular suction or boosted there is no option for no suction

When you ran out of power why didn't you get new power from Amazon, the new batteries are dirt cheap and more powerful then original. I still have the Roomba from 15 yrs ago going strong on the second set of new battery packs from Amazon.
It doesn't require programming only, but you can set timer with remote and change features with the remote and the app itself once you download it to your smartphone

Did you see the on and off switch at the bottom maybe it's switched off
