So after the hunt you drift down to a public spot to exit the river ? Around here if you touch private land,be it the bottom of the river while floating, you are trespassing . Cool video, looked like an all day affair by the angle of the sun.
Army Corp of Engineers has jurisdiction of “navigational Waters of the USA”. I believe you are okay to wade once you legally enter the jurisdictional waters. Check it out so you know what to do and say if you are challenged
You have awesome videos keep em coming. I am planning a DIY trip out west to either WY or MT to hunt a river (Bighorn, Yellowstone, North Platte etc.) I have a gator trax marsh series shallow water boat with a surface drive mud motor. I see you use a drift boat. Would a boat like that work on the river? Is it allowed? Any advice ? Thanks.
