Sean great content! Your architectural background lends a perspective that is very unique to the real estate world thank you very insightful. Also there were some luxury buildings that were being constructed somewhere near downtown KLCC and I was wondering if you could show us more luxury high-end products in the real estate market? Thank you.
Thank you for sharing. Nice content. I would say the architectural design is similar to the SG black and white bungalow. British Colonial architecture. Impressive. Would love to visit this place someday. 👍🏻
Started to notice you when i was checking out cyberjaya property. And ever since then enjoy watching your every single review and Q&A. Would be great if you can do a review for Setia Eco Glades one day ;)
Me and my wife are considering moving to Malaysia for a couple of years. Is it difficult to find high rise quite new apartment if you have animals? We have three cats.
Welcome to Malaysia!! About the pets regulations, it all depends on individual management body of every building. But based on my understanding, cats are usually fine. Dogs are way challenging to have as we need to respect our malay friends=)
Btw I love your channel, your property reviews became a lunch break entertainment for me 😊 I even got my mum hooked up on watching them. She's over 70, lives in Poland and doesn't speak any English, but still likes your content. She's always getting furious at prices in her hometown when she compares them to KL (PLN is almost 1:1 with RM).
it’s such a pity! The developer should really hold full or 80% of econgalleria I can see the huge potential in that area if they could get a huge supermarket in
@@iherng why are malaysia house all of so inferior quality can you share some ideas for us Singaporeans? Like why don’t they just build more kitchen cabinets..
nice architecture, but IMO the layout of the building not suitable for hotel business..it will be nice if can get 1 or 2 nicely themed hotel over there, because of its strategic location and architectureal design..waktu malam akan nampak lebih meriah jika ada hotel, because after 12am, after all the eateries close, the place so sunyi and scary..😅
The building is neither shopping mall nor shop house...hidden from public view and not knowing if it's a shopping mall...it's great architect but it's neither office, shopping centre and fail to take off...eco world need to relook if its not built for purpose but beauty only
great design...need more people thats all
Yupe:)

Thanks for watching. Let me try to get access into those buildings then=)
Another excellent review. Anyway, can you please do a vlog on soho, sofo and sovo. The information available in the Web seem rather ambiguous..

How long do u think it will take for Eco Botanic to become bustling?
Hmmm. Actually the commercial area is vibrant. Just that the property price will take a while to reflect that.
@@iherng are the semi Ds over there fully sold?

Well that will affect the cashflow where the developer will need to put up 80% of the capital upfront.
Anyway, thanks for watching!!
