That was really fun to watch! Thank you! Nice shooting and editing, and I love your cheerful attitudes, too. Turtles were cool, but the dog was not! I'm a 3 hour car drive from there, and would love to do it.
Thanks! It's about the same drive for me, too. We encountered the dogs the day before and found out they were dumped there, were unable to be caught and had bitten a cyclist previously. We took the road instead of the trail on that section and they still chased us. It was a great ride! You should do it!
I believe we began in Harrisburg. Another cyclists in our group contacted the mayor's office and they allowed us to park our cars there for the weekend. It had a nice, small town feel. 😊
We camped at Main Brothers Campground in Karnak. I honestly wouldn't recommend it unless you're looking for something very basic and primitive. There were no showers, although they said a portable shower might be available, and a road went right next to the primitive camping. It wasn't super busy but the teenagers yelling out the window in the morning for our wake up call wasn't great, lol.
A good bike tour, a fun ride...🚲🚲
Take a tour of Sri Lanka. A beautiful little island in the world. There are many places suitable for a bike tour.
Lovely video and so fun to watch.
@@angellynette8258 Thanks. I really appreciate that!
Great video! Love to see people enjoy this trail. I bike on it a few days a week :)
@@HikingWithShawn Thanks! We definitely enjoyed it. You're so lucky to have the opportunity to ride it a few days a week. 😊

@@gravelcasualbikepacking5475 it's a great trail! Do you have business cards because I'm pretty sure we got one of yours while on the trail somewhere.

So where was your starting point / town? I see you started on a blacktop trail.

Awesome. 🍀🍀🍀🍀
It was pretty awesome! I can't wait to do it again.
The northern section was washed out from creek last year. Sugar Creek south of New Burnside a few miles.
They've apparently fixed all that
@@johnmills837 no washed out spots when we went, luckily.
Where did you camp?

I dont think there is anywhere else to camp on that end though.
