I usually download and mpg appears and I see the video. I tried to download a recent video and instead of mpg appearing, mpg.txt appears and I can't see the video or it appears. Is this normal? What do I do?

You can use a converter for this. But you can actually upload and use the format almost anywhere. It comes directly from Kick. It is the original file and is not modified by us.
