Great videos, my issue is horrible COD audio, I have a XSX and laptop and using the capture card as my default output audio. Should I be using laptop default speakers as default instead? Thanks
I would use whatever audio device your audio is coming out of for you, so usually that's computer speakers as your primary desktop audio device in the streamlabs settings

So I bought a scene overlay off own3d, it had me sign into own3d pro then go to my dashboard and go to the "my scenes' tab then I see the 'get obs file' button so I click it and it promted me with the microsoft store to download a JSON file formater. So I started formating the file and it brought up the script in code to run said overlay, so i thought maybe it was just my overlay that i chose so i found yours and tried it that way and still did the same thing. Also my files from own3d are inaccessible via the files on my pc. But from the own3d dashboard its all in one fill and not organized for specific things like yours is. PLS HELP!
Okay so take a deep breath haha. So own3d has 2 branches. 1. Is own3d.tv where you can individually purchase packs and they'll give you the files which you can download. They should include the video media files so you don't need all that json stuff (they also include those files but you don't need them). 2. They have own3d pro which is a subscription service which gives you access to their dashboard and hundreds of different overlays however they don't give you the download files which means you lose access to them after you cancel your subscription. Hopefully this helps!

hey im having some trouble with obs saying failed to connect to server when i try to go live. I did everything in this vid and cant really seem to figure out the problem was wondering if you could help?
Try resetting your stream key and replacing it in obs and if that doesn't work then try using a different stream encoder under your obs output settings

Sounds like you need to pick a different encoder in your stream output settings

OBS needs to be running in order to keep the stream running since you're streaming from OBS, but you can close Streamlabs or any other webpages

You'll likely need a 3rd party audio software to route the audio which I don't have on the channel yet :/ But I'll add it to the list :)

Everything you said works except when I try showing my chat as an overlay with botrix. It remains blank.
I'd recommend posting in the botrix discord since the devs can check from the back end :D

Usually for FL Studio it's because they use the ASIO drivers, you'll want to do some digging around that
