There has been a lot of criticism about the scaling of the enemies in the feedback already. It seems the devs want the first play experience to be on the difficult side. I think, because of the novelty of the mining mechanic, most people are going to get owned in the first handful of runs unless they have already seen how to win. Once you scale past the difficulty with meta upgrades the experience for that difficulty flips on it's head.
As you get the permanent upgrades, the gameplay changes. survivor like games start out slow but as you unlock more upgrades, skills and perks. You become a slaying machine

So theres no resupplies but the guns have a bar under them? Gold and nitra do the same thing but for different upgrades? Why can the scout carry every gun in the game is there really gonna be 6 gun loadouts and no terrain/mobility tools like drg? No power swing or grenades either. Feels a lot more empty and soulless compared to drg but I havent played it yet maybe its at least addicting
I’m hoping that some more class identity happens as the game progresses beyond just having scout to play but yes it is a little odd. It doesn’t feel as strange when playing and it is addicting.
