I put a 3” FlowMaster exhaust system on my 11 Ford Ranger XLT super cab 4WD and a K&N intake. It sounds a lot better, has more power and it went from 19mpg on the freeway with the cruise control set on 75mph and now I consistently get 23mpg. It’s our 4th Ranger and has only 36K original miles.
Sounds great! I have a 1977 LTD Landau but mine is all black with the chrome, but the covers over part of the wheel aren’t there. Yours is in better condition than mine in terms of the bumpers and paint job. Long story short, my vehicle had been sitting on blocks in a garage for 20-25 years, but it is still in good condition. I plan on making mine unique over the next few years when I have the money to repair or replace what I don’t have money for now and make modifications. I am eventually going to get new speakers, but no new radio, because I still want the interior to look original as possible. My interior is red as well, and vinyl only on parts of the seats, but most of the seat is soft.
@@LtdAuto-77 sweet, I think I’m gonna get rid of my cats. Little more flow. I already deleted all the emissions crap off of it, why not get some money from the cats while I’m at it
It sounds great! Throaty, but quiet, as a luxury car should be.
Thanks
Agree, too aggressive of an exhaust and you'd get tired of the drone at highway speeds real quick. Well done.
Nice looking LTD!
Man that is sweet, I’ve always wanted a sled like this
I've got an 06 f150 that i put 3" flowermasters on and it really made a difference.
Great looking car!
Nice ride

Sounds good! I couldn’t quite tell but did you have the cats deleted? I just finished a 4bbl swap on my 78 LTD. Looking to do exhaust next
No, it still has the cats.
