PGT Windows are great. I was in Sebring today. It is getting very busy. That house is perfect for a newly married couple. Great price. Also, Sebring is outside of the hurricane zone. Finally, put a fence around the house and grow your own food. Save on food cost. In another year that house is going to be over $350,000.

That’s why you must do your due diligences about the area and your surroundings. I always say focus on the areas, you never can change that, but people focus on minor details and how properties look like
