I live in Santa Barbara, California. This home would sell for more than $100,000.00 more over here. The price of $149,000.00 is spectacular for all this home has to offer. Love it! Time to move out of here.
@@richardsanty9063 Yes they can. Look for videos on internet. There is one of q gator climbing over a 6ft chain link fence at one of the bases up there. Military left him alone. Apparently the military feels that they are only a danger to trespassers.
Wow! I do not care for mobile homes. They seem boring to me. However, I love the open concept design of this beautiful home and the way they decorated it, how pretty. Very airy, warm, comfortable, welcoming, and inviting. I would consider buying this home for sure. Nice Job!
A small house , yes. A condo with HOA fees, special assessment, maintenance fees etc is a big no. You can't even kick your tires in a condo before someone come running, saying repairs are against hoa's rules.
This is perfect for me. What is the lot rent? What are the annual lot rent increases? What do you get as part of the lot rent? Is this home insurable? Many losses in area due to Ian and Irma. How badly was this home and neighborhood hit?
Lot rent is 1049 per month. It cannot increase more than 3.9% a year. These homes are easy to insure because we are in the center of the state and not as exposed to hurricanes and flooding. Sebring is in the highest county in the state.
Very nice for a manufactured home. I’d be in the lanai the better part of my day as well. I find lot rent very prohibitive for people these days. With that extra money you could buy a stick built home.
With all of these mobile homes, I think you have to have the cash to purchase the homes to even be able to MAYBE comfortably afford the crazy lot rents! And, in this one, not great amenities for that monthly price tag.
No wonder its for sale , they got aick of the lot rent increasea!! Its getting ridiculous everywhere not just florida !!! Its too bad its. a beautiful mobile home!
Gasp! No lawn service, water, or cable? Only "amenities". What if you don't golf, swim, or take the dog to the park? What a shame. No wonder so many in there are for sale. With insurance prices on top of that lot rent only foolish, well heeled people can live there. I really like that home too. :(
@@bwtawny The lot rent is why there are 26 homes for sale in that community. Who can afford that? Only the rich, but that begs the question why rich people would want to live in a mobile home? I like the house, the price, the location, but....the lot rent and they can raise that any time they like.
@@elisekuby2009 Honestly I think it is the lot rent and the cost of insurance. Moble home insurance is supposed to be hard to get and ridiculously expensive. Even worse than for a house.
@@bwtawny Well...learn something new every day! I just assumed that mobile home insurance was the same as a regular house. Something to be aware of, that's for sure. Thanks.
Lovely. Lot rent has everyone moving.
Very beautiful home! I live in Washington State and I’m tired of the weather. Florida is a beautiful state. ❤
Sebring is in the middle of the state in the middle of nowhere... Rednecks and old people.

One of the nicer houses ! Love it.
Beautiful looking there and very well taken care of
That white vinyl fence keeps the Alligators out.
True but remember they can climb.
Alligators can climb fences?@@bwtawny

Nah...they have no trouble climbing. The snakes don't either.
Thank You.@@joellenbroetzmann9053

Yes, Manufactured Homes have come a long way.
The lot rent is unaffordable.
Sorry 😢
That’s probably why it’s for sale
It has been sold.
It has sold.
This house is beautiful. Baltimore MD 🙏
Laundry room inside the home, good.
145k plus 1,049 lot rent. Just buy a small house or condo.

I hear there is only 1 insurance company in the state of Florida, lot rent is kinda high but it’s a gorgeous place😊

Jack & Jill bathrooms are located between to bedrooms. Each bedroom has a door to the bathroom. Sometimes there is also a door leading to the hall.
The alleged Waterview is going to be used to drive up to price, all it is in an area where there was a man-made lake to be used as runoff that’s it
Hows the flood insurance?
This area of Florida is not in a flood zone.
Does lot rent include lawn care?
Lot rent doesn’t include anything except the use of the amenities. Pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts, wood shop, dog park etc

What do you get for the lot rent cost, please?
In this park it is just the use of the amenities. It is a 5 star park with a great pool, clubhouse, fitness center, woodshop, dog park.

Fence to keep alligators out of your yard? Lol
Nope. To keep your pets IN. Still have to watch out for hopping climbing gators!!
Jack & Jill bathroom is shared by two bedrooms. The hall bathroom would not be called that.
Is this a 55+ community??
Yes
Ahhh it's a Mobilehome

I am not interested in excitement. Peace and quiet with a few good stores in the area is all I want.
