I haven't seen such irresponsible fish feeding ever since that one game where Folger told everyone not to feed the fish, then proceeded to feed it himself... 😱
Great game! You folks represent complicated stack interactions beautifully. Thanks for continuing to make some of the highest quality cEDH content out there.
They didnt just feed these fish. They brought them to an all-you-can-eat buffet. This was an absurd game for interaction - no one ever ran out of cards ;-;
As a Tatyova player myself I was hoping she would have a better showing, I really don’t think combat beats is the way to go and the slow, non-interactive hand Jordan kept was questionable.
Despite the Pod containing unconventional commanders, this has to be the absolute best display of cedh stack interaction I've seen to date on RUclips. Wonderful watch, well played by all.
I really wish people would use aetherflux finishers in their storm decks more often. it's just something so satisfying blasting people in the face for 50 damage.
@@thomasharris3199 You just need to go extra infinite with your life gain and kill them with a second activation with Swat still on the stack. I think a better reason why Aetherflux isn't played is that it is just a dead card outside of the combo finish. Brain Freeze is a finisher AND fuel for Breach. Aetherflux doesn't add any utility to Breach lines outside of a combo finish.
I like how you post a video with Tatyova the day after I tell my group I'm thinking about making changes to my Tatyova deck, now i can get some ideas. Also, I miss playing Elsha I might remake it.
YAYYYY MY OMNATH LIST very happy to see it gotta say though, some of those connive discards were very questionable and Noah basically ran into both Friece Guardianship AND Ranger-Captain after everyone just drew like 10 cards. Very questionable timing there. He should have hold it up and wait for the next person to try to win. That greedy play basically allowed Zack to win.
That's the first time I've seen an elsha of the infinite cedh that I actually liked. Actually first game of cedh I've enjoyed watching. It's usually so boring but a lot happened this game.
And this, ladies and gentlethems, is why you NEVER FEED THE FISH. DO NOT FEED THE FISH. Otherwise these absurd stacks happen and Ryan will come for your kneecaps. Fantastic game tho.
Triggered abilities go in the stack in "APNAP" order: Active Player, Non Active Player. The active player is Jordan, then Chad then Noah then Zack. Each player can put their own triggers in the order they want, whatever is put on the stack last will be resolved first (that matters if you control Counterbalance and Mystic Remora and you already know the mana value of the card on top of your library) In this case, Jordan plays Ghostly Flicker and it goes on the stack. Jordan does not have any triggered abilities, so we then move to Chad who puts his Rhistic Study and Esper Sentinel on the stack in the order of his choice ( the order does not matter here). Noah can then put his triggered abilities on the stack in the order of his choice, and then Zack. We then resolve from the top of the stack, which are Zack triggers. Between the resolution of each spell and trigger, players have the opportunity to Respond with spells and abilities, which might in turn create more triggers and opportunities to play spells. Meanwhile, Ghostly Flicker is still waiting his turn to resolve, only after everything else is resolved.
Minor nitpick: Noah isn't ignoring his fish triggers, he's declining them. One is a game rules violation, the other is permitted because Drawfish is a "may" effect.

Dang if only we had more 1-2 CMC draw effects
Yeah where's Red's "whenever an opponent takes a damage impulse draw" enchantment for 2?

As an Elsha player, I thoroughly enjoyed this game. That was some great piloting by Zack.
Nice of you to invite Jordan to watch you play magic.
That Elisha line was incredible. Congrats to Zack!
Love hownstack got so big that other triggers where popping out from behind it. Peek a boo!!! Made me laugh!!! Gg

I like the unobtrusive product placement on the opening hand sequence. I wish all ads were like that

@@jordandietrich4236 as a Aesi player I can’t wait to see the vid I pulled your deck list already and saw some nice cards I want to add !
These games displayed clearly that Mystic Remora is a fair magic card
I don't think I will ever have the will to deny myself drawing 3-4 cards just to not give treasures to someone. That was something.

Everyone looking at the Tatyova player " they're just standing there...MEANACINGLY"
An interaction heavy game that DIDN'T end in Thoracle? Sign me up!
A very interactive and dense 5 turns!
this was a great game - different commanders than the usual and some great stack wars
Wow, that was a really cool game! I love games that are that interactive.

Jeez this game was SAVAGE
Ryan deeply inhaling and then narrating how this huge stack clears is why we love PWP.
What a game! Love all the fish and interaction on the stack...
Well that was disgusting ._. Glad I didn't have to do the mental math for the stack on this one, this was wild
CEDH Drinking Game: Drink a shot for each time Mystic Remora, Rhystic Study, and/or Esper Sentinel triggers
Very cool game. The remoras were insane
I do not have a deck list but I have an interesting EDH deck idea. Kodama/Ludvic land combo deck.
Owww! The amount of interractions hurt.
It seems like Mystic Remora is a good card? 🤔
Jordan sadly sitting in corner and watching this game. :D
Man this was probably my fave so far. Shout out to Zack top tier piloting.

Would love to see Noah's list, don't see too many cEDH 4C Omnath, and that's one of my favorite cards.
Fish ate well today
we need "don,t feed the fish" banner all over the table

I haven't even finished the video but Chad just gave Zack 5 cards in a single turn, I can guess who wins this one.
Pregame shout out: Go Elsha!
those are some well fed fishes
Gotta say this commentator is my favorite
This stack interactions were crazy. Too many stuff triggering at the same time
where do people get those good looking dual land proxies
at 4:30 ish, shouldn't noah have had to sac a treasure to cast rhystic remora since the omnath blue mana was used by ledger shredder?
Such irresponsible fish feeding lol
Sea world episode!
DON'T. FEED. THE. FISH. UGH lol
The fishes, what do they mean?
The fish was well fed this game
i reallly want to know what the deck sizes were before the brainfreezes started. so many cards got drawn
Awesome video, I love Elsha!
Can someone explain the reveal from the gy by chad after the first cast of brain freeze?
I'm a simple man, I see Elsha I press like.
What a glorious amazing mess
That was a looooooooooot of triggers
High octane magic this game!
Hell yeah ELSHA LETS GOOOOOO!

why ghostly flicker is countered by counterbalance but solve the equation resolved? So confused
He chose not to reveal with counterbalance.
Lets go mill!

Good finish. Elsha got alot of value off the top this game!
Someone want to count how many cards got drew this game?
Really surprised the game didn't end with an Aetherflux Reservoir
Can Tatyova really compete with these decks tbh? Can someone explain me a wincon of Tatyova pls
So much card draw!
Fucking great!!!

I love how Jordan just doesn't have pronouns
The word “draws” has lost all meaning
Jordan doesn't have his pronouns listed! I'm having a panic attack trying to figure out how he identifies!
where are jordan's pronouns
Jordan didn't wish for their pronouns to be made public.
Jordan asked for their exclusion. We honor all pronoun requests, including the exclusion of them in our videos.
Does Jordan have any pronouns? Do we simply refer to Jordan as Jordan?
Poorly played imho. Too many fish feedings
