I have no idea when it come to inches - I just use a converter online, I like my hats true to size so it doesn’t fall off.

Recommend these ones - these are much more affordable. The Akubra Bogart is quite expensive and I'm not too sure if they make it anymore r export it internationally.

It depends. My head size is a bit on the larger side of the hat size range

How do I make it the look like michael Jackson's hat
hey so basically you would need to steam the hat with hot vapour. My advice would be to use a kettle to steam it to your desired shape. Boil some water but don’t close the lid of the kettle - that way you’ll get constant steam coming out - be careful as it’s quite hot!
