This is some of the best dam photography I've ever seen. I'm glad that you were able to convey the right dam exposure settings too. Truly, you were able to capture some serious dam motion here. That darn Mini 3 is really something!
Thanks for sharing this, just subscribed to your channel. Just a question: If it's a not to windy day, like in this tutorial, how many keepers do you get ½...or less, more ? Thank you.
@@ChadB I actually just found a 4 pack on B&H’s site but it only goes up to ND1000. They do sell the ND2000 as a standalone filter. It says Air 2 in the description so I’m hoping it fits the Air 2S.
Nice idea, although it seems that quite a few times the drone simply just moves too much and you get blurry stationary objects, too. So the wind would have to be next to zero. Would be hard to take multiple exposures from the same location too in order to layer and edit in those parts as in focus, considering that you have to land the drone to take the filter off for the second shot..
Nice job Chad! Trying to get to the level my friend. It has taken me some time but now that I have officially retired, I need to get out there and get some shots! LOL! Thanks for sharing!
I've found this video while looking for DJI Mini 3 Pro ND Filters - Long Exposure - 4PACK. Everything I wanted to say everyone else has said. Very clear instructions by someone that makes you want to learn. Nice work from a new subscriber from Aberdeen Scotland. I will watch your back catalogue.
Well Done as usual I've been waiting on this for a while. About to get my m3p probably this weekend from best buy now that they are in stock. Thanks for this tutorial Chad!
I think a shutter speed of 1 sec maybe too long for a daytime hyperlapse. I normal use 1/4 shutter speed for daytime to get a nice motion blur. ND1000 or ND512 may be good for a bright day. May have to experiment with setting and filters based on your lighting situation.

Chad, it was nice meeting you. Awesome videos!!!
It was a pleasure meeting you as well. Thank you.
My highest filter is a ND64 , when I saw you had a 2000 I realized I might have bought the wrong pack of filters LOL
My Cousin , is very Talented and Knowledgeable about this whole Photography thing . My head can't take it , Nice Chad .

I see what you did there😆
Yeah...I should have verbally clarified that I went back to get better shots earlier in the day
@@ChadB The important thing is you put in a big dam effort here.
Dam it. I wish I was that professional...
Perhaps an ND1000 would be better?. A greeting from Spain.
I don't think the ND1000 would have been strong enough for the shutter speed i was looking for
Good information thanks
Thanks for that. I got an ND1000 with my Freewell All Day Pack, but haven't used it yet. These are some helpful tips👍
Glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks for this really helpful video. Cheers!
I've always wondered why is there an ND1000 filter in my ND filter set.
At the next waterfall I have to try it
Great video - thanks from the UK
Good video and thanks for sharing
Brother keep up the good work, thank you and supporting black man/male/brothers business
Thank you.
Question i just bought the a2s. I dont see a button to do waypoints Does this model not have that thank you.
Waypoints are in the hyperlapse feature.
Good content and great presenting style...new sub! 👍
Thank you
Awesome shots great tips
Great video!! Thanks!!
Hi Chad, very informative well done clip! Is it true that 2 sec is the longest exposure shutter speed?
Yes the longest exposure is 2 sec
thank you very much for the tips, I was in doubt about which filter to choose but now I have made up my mind.🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷

Thank you. I would say more than half
Thanks for info...so will take multiple shots. Very helpful !
I’m trying to find a similar 4 pack of ND Filters that would include the ND512 and ND2000 but for the Air 2S. I can’t seem to locate it.
Ahh. Didn't notice that they didn't have a pack. They just include the ND1000 and ND2000 in the All Day Pack

hi Chad - GREAT and very thorough video. Appreciate you and what you do!
Thanks
@@ChadB for sure Chad! Your tips helped me get my first long exp shots of a small waterfall and they were not too bad. :)

That b roll of taking off from the rock 3:45. 🔥
Thanks
Great long exposure primer Chad. But actually, the slow-mo take off, with that awesome sound effect was what I loved! Smooth!
LOL...Thanks. Appreciate it...
Great tutorial on how to get better long exposures shot with your drone. You got some nice shots. Thanks for sharing Chad.
Thanks Ron. Yeah, had to go back earlier in the day to get better shot in better lighting
Great tips Chad. Glad there was some water spilling over for you to get some shots. No snake encounters I hope!
Thanks...No snakes, but a lot of bugs.😟

Another great video. Super helpful, and a real pleasure to watch. I love your edits, transition shots, and SFX. Keep it up!
Thanks Harry
Nice to see you putting out another educational video Chad. Great tips and info for us photography iterate people..
Hi Mark...thank you. Just passing along what I've learned in the past couple years.
Chad, would the same setup work for video?? such as for hyperlapse at day???
