Nighttime Downburst (Damaging Wind)

A Slight Risk for wind was in place that day. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch was also issued hours before. It was very uncertain whether I and most of South Jersey, Delaware, Southeast PA, or Maryland would get any severe storms. Well that all changed in a matter of minutes as a line of storms raced east, dropping several downbursts and this time it just so happens a downburst hits me.

Some curious things: It looked like your power STAYED on. Fortunately, the wind did not reach the level where there was airborne debris; trees shredded and downed to varying degrees; and, the houses were not losing shingles and getting their windows broken. No vehicles flipped.

I don't remember this storm I live in northeast Philadelphia Tacony section. Where was this video at what state and city the place looks so familiar. I'm originally from North Central NJ moved to northeast Philadelphia 5yrs ago.
