Vevor vinyl cutters have a major flaw. I know I have owned two. The pinch rollers dig into the material. Its fine if its a small piece you only use the rollers on the edge of the material but when cutting larger pieces you need the center pinch roller so it tracks. You get what you pay for!! Cute cat!!
If someone has zero experience with this how much time would this take to learn? I’ve done some basic lawn sign design stuff. This looks like an appealing way to letter my dumpsters.
Do you have an idea of the resolution of arcs to make a circle stepper motors show a repeated grid to see true square. contact pad is not a strip of HDPE plastic?? but aluminum? Accuracy is going in and back with > 24" lines but not continuous. details in outer quadrants Software designates cutting path for speed or accuracy. If you plot over 4 times along same path same ' good quality paper, The trackibg error would be known feed bad or belt track bad But repeated on the same good paper (not shopping bag). Good deal to strary with and have as a secondary for more production But blade usually have an offset axis and spin in a bearing (Drag)
I am not sure witch Vinyl cutter my friend has But he use one to cut custom vinyl names and decals He puts custom decals on Custom fishing lures Like a Companies name on each side of a Walleye fishing plug Or a custom 12" Rainbow Trout lure I carve plugs between migraines and use scrap vinyl on my lures
