Pro tip for anyone looking to ride this, Press your head to one side of the restraint as hard as you can, to avoid the headbanging, and thus making the ride somewhat bearable in comparison. (Don't overdo it though, as you may risk trading a headache for a neck sprain!)
Went on this 7 times and I’m 13, i absolutely love this ride because it sets me up for any other coaster throughout the day and it’s just so thrilling. I am quite scared of heights so I shut my eyes while going up. If it is your first time and you are scared then I would recommend holding on really tight and shutting your eyes, if you do this you won’t really feel like you are going upside down, this is what I did the first time. I would also like to say that before going down tilt your head to one side because your head will be going side to side which would give you a headache, and since I went on 7 times I had quite a bad headache ( only for about an hour though, then it passed ) for me, I didn’t feel sick at all. From today my shoulders hurt quite a bit, legs, and my neck. I am usually very scared of these kind of rides but since I got pushed on it the first time I go on it all the time. I’d say the best/most thrilling part is when you go down and go straight into a loop. I would rate this ride a 8/10 due to all the pain and head banging. Also the line goes pretty fast (depending on how many people there are) so once you’re in there you have got to prepare yourself for the thrill. It’s really not what you expect, if you ever get a chance to go on this ride just go for it. Little reminder that this ride is different to everyone, some people really love these type of rides ( like me) and some people absolutely hate it. P.S this is just my opinion:)

Blackpool Pleasure Beach has some awesome coasters-classic woodens (it'd be cool if they retracked one entirely and put GCI trains on it for the sake of more variation though), the arrow shuttle loop, the epic arrow hyper coaster, and now icon, and steeplechase. and avalanche. I'm sure some of the wooden coasters could do with a bit of retracking, but none are painfully rough. This coaster is. It would be great if they did get a B&M invert, even if it wasn't anything great. I mean, there's a batman the ride clone on the market right now, and it's not like they couldn't sell this and get some money to invest into that. Either that, or at least make it tolerable with the new vekoma seating. Not like every park doesn't have that one bad coaster, but, well this one really doesn't have too. Alvanache is probably the next worst and it's not a bad ride it's just nothing great.
This was the first ever roller coaster I ever went on, and that was today. Never been so close to being knocked out in my life xd when you're going up you're thinking "oh my god what's going to happen, am I going to fall, I'm not ready" but then it just drops and you lose control of everything. Like, I screamed so loud when it dropped then I couldn't breathe when the coaster went back up xd the heartlines were hell on my back, it still feels dislocated now. I probably should have saved this for later on when I went, since it put me off going on the big one since I knew I would just be knocked out at the drop ;3;

God I can't even articulate how thrilling this is! I'm no longer afraid of roller coasters because of this, haha! The G force I've been so afraid of has really become the thing I crave. To anyone indecisive of this ride: DO IT! It's awesome and you'll regret it if you don't. YOU can doi it!! :D

I’m literally an adrenaline junkie, don’t question my knowledge. 😂 Anyways rides like this, always put your head back and hold on to the bars. Push yourself back so your head doesn’t fall forward and all is good. You know when it’s a head banger because there is vest safety thing to keep you in, and there’s a head rest. Just a heads up 😉
i freaked on the way up, i loved it, but i had my eyes closed all the way, i opened them and just saw flying pieces of blue steel, it almost made me throw up. after it was over, i wanted to go again, its epic so if anyone is gonna go on it, its a 'once in a lifetime expeirience'this ride is, so stop being a woos and do it, DO IT
This ride was from Southport was called the trumatizer was a better ride as well when it was at Southport. The seats need re designing as you hit your head on the ear pads on the top of the seat. Takes out the enjoyment of the ride. If you look carefully at the track you can still see the red paint on the track, that was the colour when it was in Southport.
